Anyone who knows the story of Metal Gear Solid knows the story is bull, and the joke becomes something based on the reactions of the Bartender. I take it as Snake just making up a story just to mess with the bartender for knocking his security blanket.

Very funny, I do get that it's a joke, but again got to add my 2 cents.
Snake lying about his back-story is altogether an in-joke because his back-story has changed dramatically throughout the series, especially since the NES titles. His joke about his name being Plisken is an awesome example.
He was raised by many people. Says so himself. :gah: And even if you're a clone someone has to feed you, clothe you, and teach you how to talk. They weren't 'The Sixth Day' incubated for crying out loud.

yes, he is a clone, but he is a clone of the Snake that appeared in Metal Gear Solid 3. Who did have parents. They didn't say anything about parents in that game, but seeing as how that Snake was a real person, it is to be assumed that he has real parents

Seriously though, nice to see another episode for this show. That story was so horrible and ridiculous, it had me laughing almost the entire time. Every time "it gets worse," I laughed even louder. Great job Doug. =D

I mean, Snake's entire story is really uncovering his back story. He's like Konami's own personal Wolverine in that sense.

I have to agree with FullmetalNinja25 this is made to just be funny. Just don't think about the episode other than the jokes. Forget about snakes history and just enjoy Mr.Walkers story. Or in this case Dominics story.

I think it would be pretty interesting if he did some old-school adventure game characters like Guybrush Threepwood, or Leisure Suit Larry. Lots of potential for characters like that.

i liked the drawings of the killer having such a blast with snake's dead parents.
but it still is hard to get over the fact that you seem to not really know about snake's origins.
its like you pick out a notable video game character, ignore anything about them, and add your own story to them.
well, except the connection of the box.
maybe if you knew more about snake you'd have some jokes actually related to the series?
but yes, anyways, drawings of the killer made this episode enjoyable

Either Doug knows or does not know the origins of Snake. If he does then you see that Snake is telling this story to cover up the fact that he doesn't want people to know the real reason why.

Eva was his natural mother Solid and Liquid were born from Eva's womb just they were genetically changed in the Les Enfants Terribles project so Solid would have all Big Boss's dominant genes while liquid would get the recessive genes.

I liked it but not nearly as much as the other ones it seemed like it was too Dark even though it is part of the joke it seemed like you were trying a little too hard for laughs. Also I think it was too much about the robber and not enough about Solid Snake like you could have gone through snakes life and made fun of just how Absurde some of it is. But hey you get what you get some times Still good though man keep up the good work =D
