"Apparently, this has been made into a live-action fanfic courtesy of the Nostalgia Chick. (I'd link you, were I not in a deep state of shock, horror, and embarrassment.)
So, maybe some people, after watching said video, are going to seek out this story and read it and wonder "What must the author think of this?" Well, here's what I think.
I think I'm going to be avoiding the site until all memory of this fic is eradicated from common memory. I'm also going to fly to Antarctica, find a deep hole, and reside there until I die of embarrassment, therefore providing assurance that none of my stupid fangirl-y bullshit never sees the light of day ever again.
Note to all readers: Honestly, I don't care if people loved my story or hated my story. These opinions do not change the fact that I am currently mired in a VERY deep state of mortification.

05.04.2012 - 12:44 | Annie-MaeOOoohh man, common. I thought she would've had a bit more pride in her work. If it was me, I would've owned up to it and feel like that my idols are aware of what I do. Of course I would apologise for writing something so OOC, but it was great for the lulz. I get the impression that they really did enjoy the fic; the girls of the NC and both Film Brains in kind of an ironic sort of way, otherwise they wouldn't have re-enacted it.
This is what they call fan service, and you're supposed to enjoy it as a guilty pleasure. Don't take it as a personal stab.
Still this is a lesson to all slash fic writers who write about REAL people. Unless you're trying to be funny and not taking your parring seriously, be aware that you are writing about people who can be effected by what they read. It's quite silly to think that people write romance slash fiction about internet reviewers when you know that they COULD find it and read it.
