you should ask about this from James himself, but I believe he has stated that if there's anyone out there with such skills, they should contact him, present some sample works and he may then even find something for you to work with.

I mean, it's supposed to be a comedy, but it's supposed to be AVGN's comedy, not Channel Awesome's. Doug would be the only cameo I could understand because he fits into the AVGN universe. But AVGN wrote the script a while ago, and it's a project to be taken more seriously than Kickassia or Suburban Knights. I hope there aren't 8 billion side characters and it can focus on AVGN, video games, and whatever surprises the plot may hold.

(isn't that where AVGN is from?), and even though I live in the land of movie-making, I never end up being able to get involved. Seriously, AVGN and NC have to have more appearances in LA!!!
And by the way, I don't actually live in LA or LA county, but I just live close to it.

God damn it, everything's in Chicago, and I'm all the way in New Jersey. It's ironic because Philadelphia is very close to me, but the actual audition process will not be doable.

Too bad I'm so far to ever have anything to do for the AVGN movie. That's including for donating - I need my savings for college and other things. :p
I'll look forward to see the AVGN movie when it's done, and hope if Doug does cameo in it since the AVGN universe is aware of Doug's presence.

09.26.2011 - 01:03 | DMasterConsidering how the Nostalgia Critic is the only Channel Awesome personality that has ever really factored into a Nerd video, it would just be plain odd and possibly obtrusive if other people from here showed up and time was taken out of the movie to note their presence. I'm just saying, I'd rather there not be cameos of others besides the NC (aside from maybe Handsome Tom, as I remember seeing him play a ghost in an AVGN Christmas episode), unless they [i]really[/i] find a way to make them work and don't detract from the fact that this is a major Cinemassacre production.
