Is it just me, or is the Blistered Thumbs page just a white block of nothing?
edit: Okay, disabling adblock plus fixed it, but I'm still going to mess around with the preferences until I get it right.
SOLUTION: For ABP users, disabling the filter "###top-ad" gives the best result. Still though, you should make it a point to click the ads once in a while, ya know?

Do you have an Ad Blocker installed? The entire page is wrapped in a div with a class of .top-ad, which is one of the constructs targeted and hidden by most Ad Blockers. Looks like a missed closing div tag after the actual top ad.
Turn off your Ad Blocker for the domain, and it'll work.

yikes. I've never had a happy moment with a mod, specially when it comes to there decisions over if my words can be made viewable by all.
well, this is channel awesome. and if the reviews are different from the other sites, hoping the comment-deciding mods are, too.
overall, thrilled with this site. skimmed through a lot of the sections, and now looking deeper and reading into various articles that are up. I like the rating system. not only are you giving us a score, but also attaching how we should perceive the score. such as, would it mean we need to buy the game? or check it out? or maybe just skip it altogether.
and then the other sections on the site. just as enjoyable as the review section. and while I have been exposed to the various shows offered on the site, I can't help but feel excitement for those listed. video games awesome, jew wario, spoony, guru larry, eric powerup. seeing them on a now-legit gaming website..... all as one. amazing.
wonder how soon awesome video games will get posted. something of that production value should be alongside there video games awesome show.
thanks for the site. thanks for all the work anyone who was involved put into it. by the end of 2011, may blisteredthumbs dominate as the number 1 videogame website!

There was nothing to select in the default avatar pool when I was registering, nor is there anything when I select it on the avatar tab in the edit profile page.

I'm guessing now what's next to do is move all of the videos of the TGWTG members that are videogame related here onto the new site. You know to give new people who have never experienced the awesomeness of TGWTG something to do while new original content is being made as we speak.
InkedReality I am assuming will be sticking around here. Could this mean though down the line it will be getting its own site.
Congratulations and we'll see how things turn out.

Depends on what content they make, people who make both games and movie reviews (like Spoony and myself for instance) will be on both sites still, but people who are 100% game content will slowly move to Blistered Thumbs.
But all new and future Blistered Thumbs contributors will be on BT first.
