Somehow these lyrics got stuck into my head one day.
"Holiday Clusterfuck. Holiday Clusterfuck. Pikachu is gay and Ironman is a shmuck."
Don't know how this happened, don't know why these lyrics popped into my head, I'm just trying to get them out of my head.
By the way, can't you just resurrect Ma-ti the same way you keep resurrecting that woman who keeps killing herself.

Have to admit, your singing voice sounds good, but like someone gave you a good kick where the sun don't shine.
However, it's an awesome parody of what pisses us off during the most magical time of the year. :3 I liked it, pretty good, NC. And I couldn't help but laugh when I saw you skipping through the same fields you supposedly ran through to reach the AVGN.
EDIT: Way to edit your post and copy my point, TC300278. I hate first posters who edit to make it look like they didn't just put "first" to piss people off.

11.21.2009 - 00:43 | AmazingjaymanNice one NC, I don't think any song has truly captured the holiday sprit quite like this one.

Jesus christ, that was insane.
Nicely done, Doug. And props to your father for the great music. I can only imagine what your neighbors thought seeing you dancing down the street with top hat and cane. "Oh good lord, there's that freak Walker again. At least he isn't in his robe or Ghostbuster outfit, and he doesn't have a gun... at least not one I can see."

11.21.2009 - 00:53 | ShuukeXFunny song NC! Also, who's the girl? O_o
Also, that's cool that your dad wrote the music.

That was epic. . .with every verse I was half-expecting it to go back to you at your desk. But you kept singing. . .and singing. . .
At the end I figured you'd try to cup a feel on the "young woman" kinda like you about did to the Nostalgia Chick, but stealing her money was just as funny.
I look forward to more Holiday jeer from this site!

I don't worry about these holiday shopping
No mention of Eid???
Why do people still ignore Islam?? Damn Anti-Islamic media in America.
LOL at the end
-
11.21.2009 - 04:09 | slumlord84Ramadan and Eid are such obscure holidays for most of Americans. The only ones who really even know what it is outside of Muslims, are people who live or work with them. It also doesn't attract much attention because it's really only celebrated during the night.
As for the video, meh. Ending was kinda funny, but expected. The singing voice was high pitched and grating to my ears. I ended up forwarding through most of it, but still, it's gotta be hard to come up with anything original, considering the whole anti-holiday cheer shtick has beaten to death and back.

11.29.2010 - 22:27 | DwaneRamadan follows a lunar calendar, so it doesn't always fall around the holiday clusterf***. This year Ramadan was in August and early September. It'd be stupid to include it with a bunch of fall/winter holidays.

-
11.22.2010 - 01:00 | Lucia32Easy answer for that, Kid: don't give presents. Enjoy the holiday for what it is and spend time with your loved ones and reflect on the wonders and shortcomings of this past year and your hope for the future. All of which is free of the constant emptiness of hunting for gifts in a never ending consumerist nightmare.
For me and mine at least, that love and time together always been what Christmas is all about. So...rebel!*
*Of course, that's coming from my faith perspective (and the fact that my family and I started out on the streets, so we tend to place different values on things ) so your mileage may vary.
