Since Arnie has retired from film his back catalog of work has gained a nostalgic shine to it. So watching these films still leaves me with a warm feeling(well except for Jingle all the Way, and Hercules Goes Bananas). Lets face it, this film is not a crowning achievement, and it didn't break any barriers. However, I will give Arnold this, atleast he had the resolve to allow himself to be made fun of in a manner that many other actors would have thrown tantrums over.

Maybe it's because usually I see the Movies overdubbed in german and his "talking" is therefore accent-free.

Saw this one when I was 12 and I still find it hilarious.

I actually think it was one of Arnold's most clever flicks, making a parody of the action genre was a good comedy.

Damn, this movie has everything. Director of Die Hard, Arnold, MC Hammer, Van Damme, a Cartoon Cat(possibly Bonkers), Steven Wright, the T-1000, Grim Reaper, Hamlet, Art Carney, and maybe the insperation for Viewtiful Joe.

I can't say I ever saw this movie when I was younger. Despite some points you have proven I could see this being entertaining when it came out. I don't think it was supposed to be taken as seriously as Arnolds other movies. I could see it easily as being a spoof of Hollywood movies in general....the cartoon cat is beyond me...ha ohh the cheesiness..ah well.
