Um. Uh. Guh. Buh. Muh. And other monosyllables of confusion and dismay. :0 :0
The "realistic" (and I use that term loosely) animation of the human characters does NOT mesh well at all with the cartoony animals. Not. One. Bit.
Does Italy have the kind of tax dodge that Uwe Boll uses to make his Epic Fail Films, too?

Dwah?! .....I'm sorry, did I just see a movie that include both the Titanic and a rapping dog? What the hell, man? Who the heck thought this was a good idea? Hell, even the animation style changes randomly! This move is just.....just....RANDOM! It's like what parents tell their kids when they're trying to shelter them from reality. "I'ts okay son, he's just sleeping on the water. Isn't that silly? Look at all the sleeping people..." Seriously, what's next? An animated movie about 9/11 featuring racial-sterotyped Japanese frogs and a country-singing donkey?! I don't understand this at all! I am seriouly confused and lost just by thinking of this movie. Just......wha?

I hate to give this movie any credit for historical accuracy, even though on the whole it makes Pocahontas and Anastasia look like painstaking reenactments by comparison, but think I know what they were going for with the scene with the men with buckets attempting to "bail" the ship out. After the collision with the iceberg boiler rooms six and five were flooding. Because the ship had been going so fast for so long a lot of steam had built up and there was a fear that when the seawater rose up over the hot boilers they might explode. So the engineers and the stokers went through this extensive process to shut the boilers down first by lifting the safety valves and blowing off the steam and by dousing the fires and shutting the boilers down. Looking at the scene in question, noting that it is set in one of the boiler rooms, and that the men are throwing the water at the boilers it would seem that this was what the creators were trying to portray.

As a history buff with a long fascination with the Titanic disaster dating back to before James Cameron made such fascination popular... I'm at a loss to figure out what about this rip-off offends me the most:
1) Its CDi Zelda-esque presentation,
2) Its contrived-in-every-conceivable-way narrative, including certain Disney films that serve no purpose to the central "plot".
3) Its anachronistic sense of music
4) That it sugarcoated the actual disaster, thereby being disrespectful to the victims and survivors.I'm offended by its existence. It's going to take something pretty epic to make me forget about this travesty...
Ooooh! Look! Trading cards!

Great review.
EDIT: Looking back, this wasn't funny. I edited it for your convenience.
