DAMN Rachael is hot. She was right for the voice of Tifa in Advent Children.
ANYWHO
I dunno NC. I mean, it was cool to see old drug commercials, but I honestly didn't even crack a smile until the #1, and then I busted up laughing. Not knocking on you or anything, you've actually inspired me to start doing my own video reviews (coming soon!). I just think that your strength comes in reviewing shit movies that we grew up with. hahaha and I'm sure we'd ALL be able to think of some for you.

So... what exactly is the "truth behind the government propaganda?"
I would've switched the #2 and #3 spots, but #1 was right on the money. That whole spot was just insane and the joke about Playhouse being drug-inspired was hilarious.
Also, it's great to see you do impressions like that. It reminded me of that dead-ringer Woody Woodpecker you did for the Batman & Robin review. Fun stuff.
We shouldn't be surprised to see such over-the-top PSAs. Everyone loves a good scapegoat and parents (for some reason) seem to want the TV to do the parenting for them. The whole thing is shameful, really.
Let me add, in closing, with this statement: I know -- beyond any shadow of a doubt -- that if Marlboro, Newport, Kool, etc. put their minds, money and lobbyists to it, they could make marijuana legal.

Great stuff here. Sure I never saw any them on T.V. and only saw a few of them on the internet, but the video was still great. I'm surprised you didn't mention the extended version of this is your brain on drugs PSA done by Robot Chicken.
Anywho, the Captain Planet episode about drugs is just epic. There are so many things to say about it that you could probably do an entire video on it. Maybe I'll write a blog on it if it's not mentioned in the next NC video...

One of my favorite old PSAs was about a doctor getting high and asking a kid on his operating table what he was in for- Tonsilitis? The kid frantically says, "Appendicitis!" And the doctor proceeds to smoke and giggle just like the characters in Reefer Madness. Insert serious drug talk here. The ending is why I loved it: Cut back to the doctor, we're not watching from the kid's point of view, and the doctor's coming toward us with a scalpel, giggling, "Now let's see if I can make a straight line."
