This was the first video I`ve seen from you. I discovered it actually by searching for the infamous Cloverfield trailer. But this video was way better then the actual trailer and made me immediately a fan of you

Oh yes, I remember when the Cloverfield trailer came out, and everybody went to these crazy extremes that they knew what the monster was. Its actually pretty ingenious; you can't really describe the monster, you just have to see it to know what it looks like. :o

When I first saw the trailer I thought it was another movie with aliens in it..until I saw the movie..

Too bad Donkey Kong wasn't in it..

Actually, the title of the movie was the date that was shown. But, since most people started calling it "Cloverfield" over the internet because of a rumor started by one of the staff, they decided to change the name of the movie, so people wouldn't get confused.

And not know what it is is really the fun part of the movie. I mean, you figure it out eventually.

Yeah...This was the very first Nostalgia Critic video I ever saw.
I was searching for info. on Cloverfield (or 1-18-0 on Youtube, and I happened acroos this video.(it's all in my Blog Description, people)
Side note: (No offense, Doug, but) I remember first thinking "Oh, God, this is just another asshole's impression of the trailer, not actual info.
Of course, I was wrong, I laughed my ass off and subscribed.
...And then I found Brad Johnson and 1-18-08news.com and some Actual Info.!

I hate this movie, why ? Because I get "seasick" ! I hate that "Blair Witch" style, it's horrible.

this video is a classic. i'm glad they use robotic donkey kong jesus riding a puff of smoke in the team brawl. funny that james has super mecha death christ 2k 4.0 beta ad NC came up with this and they had a monster mash in the team brawl.
