I just realized that part of my Tuesday evenings have been coming here frequently for NC...
Good luck on your new project! Btw, when can we all expect to see some previews of what's to come? Hopefully towards the end of the NFL season when the Bears take their customary dive and we will all be looking for something to ease the pain...

It is a bit annoying that the people who actually went out and bought the DVD's are pretty much getting stepped on right now, but I understand that Doug needs the revenue at the moment, so I'll settle for my annoyed but understanding stare.

I'm also wondering how many DVD exclusives are going to be uploaded here. While I myself haven't bought the DVD's and appreciate the offer, probably the ones who did are a bit disgruntled.

The DVD's were out for a few years now so you've had the exclusive part, and it's not even that since 3 seconds on youtube and I found these videos uploaded. And it hasn't been "exclusive" since all the DVD episodes were uploaded to Youtube anyway. Also, I believe this is to keep people busy weekly while he works on the new show. The NC series is over anyway, so I don't see the harm in it. There were only like 4 or 5 DVD exclusives IIRC anyway.

I really need to see the first Blues Brothers movie. I've sen a chunk of Bues Brothers 2000 (God help me), bu I've only seen little of the classic. Also, someone on the site should REALLY review 2000.
It's a shame that this game and the one for the Nintendo 4 were made by he same asswhipes that gave us Superman64.
3:53- If they're back to play the blues, then why the hell are they already having their FIRST concert. Oh, that's right, because the people of Titus Games never saw the flippin' movie.
Also, the plot of this game is as bizarre as the one from the Home Improvement game.
5:03- Sounds more like some guy shouting the word "SHIT!"
"WHATA LOAD OF BITCH!" LOL Love that line.
I can see another reason why Indiana Jones hate snakes. They're a bitch to control.

10.02.2012 - 22:54 | fusionaterDisgruntled mostly because it was money spent because you were a fan of the show, it was extra to those who cared enough, casual fans didn't even have to worry about it because of the fact that it's not like a week was skipped to make the episode. And the youtube mention is a moot point because, like all forms of entertainment, that was pirated, it's like saying having the DVD's of movies are useless anyway because all the extra cool content has been put online....and that was contradictory...basically saying, "You had the exclusive for years now!" And, "It wasn't exclusive for 3 seconds!" Maybe I'm coming off as a douche when I say this, but in my opinion at least, the point of spending your money on something should mean you have the product that you otherwise couldn't have gotten. As I said though, he probably needs the money right now, so I'm not angry with the man, I will be upset with people who just think of someone with my point of view on this as needing to "calm thy heaving bosoms."

fusionater: the point of spending your money on something should mean you have the product that you otherwise couldn't have gotten.
I wholeheartedly disagree with that statement fusionater. The point isn't getting stuff you can't get otherwise, the point is showing your apreciation and lending your monetary support to someone whos work you admire.
It's the same as buying someones CD at their concert. Getting something extra is a plus, but shouldn't be the sole reason for buying it.

To be fair I know your not the only one to do that. Classic Game Room also records directly into the editing equipment and has massive interlacing issues with it interfacing with older systems. At first i assumed it was a quality issue but the Nerds stuff always seems as good.

I use Pinnacle in my stuff too, and there is a way to enlarge the screen. When you hit the import tab, on the top right corner of the screen, you can actually stretch it to full screen. I think there is even a way to stretch the screen to the size you want it, though I forget.
It took me a while to realize how to do that too.

This SNES-review feels like an AVGN rip off. A pretty decent rip-off, but still unoriginal.
It's nice to see some more of NC, though, and the ending was really good! Really saved it to a 4 instead of a 3.

This is totally not the one I played as a kid.
The one I played (by Titus) actually was related to the movie. You throw records or boxes and the sounds were the same, but the enemies were guard dogs, security guards and cops and you had two goals in every level: find the missing band item and reach the exit.

Also Doug has been doing honest reviews of recent movies with Bum Reviews for quite a while now. If you want to see Doug talk about movies in a calm, clear minded way, go there. If you want to see the NC talk about things he likes in a calm way, go to the Top 11s and Old vs New reviews.

i do feel bad for the people who bought the DVD's and now you're releasing the content. though i always had a feeling this would happen. hence why i didn't buy it.
i hope your other projects do well, and i understand how you feel you've done all you could with the character, but just to help, you might want to think about doing a Nostalgia Critic once and a while, like around Halloween, Christmas, and the occasional one in the summer. just saying, couldn't hurt. please note, i don't care either way, i still have all your old video's to keep me entertained, just might calm the masses if you made one as a special instead of releasing content people paid for.
