I want one of those little cart cars.
It was really funny when you put in that Mario Kart tune from the 1992 SNES game. SNES and GEN had some great tunes. It was the music age of gaming. Search "Super Mario Kart Music - Mario Circuit" on Youtube. This game just so happens to be one of the 73 games in my OST collection. Command and Conquer's, Starfox's, Super Mario's, Castlevania's, Battletoad's, Rocket Knight Adventures, Zelda's, Warcraft's, I got every good one I know of. Search "Inspector Gadget Ancient English Castle". :)
Also, a tied up and helpless Lupa; I want that for Christmas.

I didn't even know they made a remake to this movie. The "Babes in Toyland" I remember seeing as a kid was the one with Laurel and Hardy in it.
After seeing this movie I think I will stick to the Laurel and Hardy version. .___.

I've seen at least three versions of Babes myself, and there could very well be more. This is the most annoying version I remember....
Unfortunately it was my sister's favorite movie and I had to watch it every other day... ugggggg.

Ahaha! Thank was a fantastic review. That start reminded me a lot of Linkara’s Christmas review a year or two ago. Remember, she’s a girl so a blender must be like a sports car for a guy. (In truth, I would love to get a standing mixer for Hanukkah this year) Yes little girl, cause a panic in a crowded store on the last shopping day before Christmas, see how many fatality’s you can cause. Oh god, that humpty dumpty is horrifying. I don’t think shoving it into a box counts as “out witting”. Oh wow, that last shot of the sled flying over the moon was god awful.

0:08- I was wondering if you were gonna top that gag. I also love Christmas, the movies, the specials, the whole 9 yards.
I remember seeing only the end of this movie when it was on Fox Family before they changed it to ABC Family, and I never knew it starred Keanu Reeves and Drew Barrymore until this very moment.
2:44- Wait until you get the next gift. It’s a box filled with Styrofoam peanuts.
5:42- I’m glad my home town doesn’t have a song like that.
This movie looks like it has the kind of budget that The Irate Gamer wishes he has.
10:53- He probably did, because I didn’t notice him up there until you brought it up.
The cars in Toyland sound like they run on the same kind of engine as the Wonkamobile.
16:54- That’s the stupidest excuse I ever heard in my life.
18:14- MOST BORING. CHASE SCENE. EVER!
21:38- No wonder I remember the climax. It kicks @$$.
23:41- And thus we have Wizard of Oz Knockoff #224. But either way, I had fun watching this review and seeing why this film is remembered do well.

I forgotten about this movie and having seen this years ago. It was till like last year that I saw it again. Yeah still chessy as critic said but not as good I remember. I mentioned elsewhere about the grinch next week. That could be interesting to see. I am not hater of the movie. It's one of my favorite.

Likewise. My cousins had this film and we watched it many times to rag on it. It's truly horrible. We were convinced we were the only people who knew it existed as nobody else seemed to acknowledge it (for good reason). In particular, we were always flabbergasted by the movie's determination in proving to us that Cincinatti is the most pure and magical place that ever existed.

I think the rule is not mentioned Distressed Watcher, because here (for some reason) people love to hate him. Why, I do not yet understand, but since he is no longer on this site, it seems that the haters get redress. He's already a much more successful on youtube, so I guess all parties are satisfied.

I remember watching a different Babes in Toyland as a kid where there was some mad scientist with a shrink ray, and this guy that leads all these sentient toys against him in a stop motion and wind up toy battle. That was freakier than this movie.
