Actually the Twilight Saga was ruined from the start when it was made o:. (No offense of course).
But I get what you mean, it's always a big risk with the fandom when a book you love goes onto the big screen, especially when it's a very popular book that's part of a series, that's what happened with Eragon, The Golden Compass, and possibly many others.

I liked the books but the movie was Awful with a capital A-W-F-U-L. It missed tons and was the color of Seattle on a rainy day Even when it was SUNNY. The acting was bad. My favorite was ALice and I don't think she even had a speaking part. I hope they can at least get the Wolves right.. But probably not...

Seriously? This has got to be the latest bitching I've ever seen. You should've started when they made the first movie. What? You expect them to stop in the middle of a series?
There's 2 movies left. They didn't want to leave anything out of the last book. So quit your bitching and don't watch the movies, shit.

Nice to see another classic Bum Review. Hilarious stuff once again Chester and you're not the only one who enjoys British science fiction.
Regarding Half-Blood Prince, it was my least favorite of the books, but I will say that overall it was a pretty good movie. Lavender and Ginny were two characters that I could have done without and the romance aspect was as cliche and pointless as it was in the book. The kick-ass beginning and ending more than made up for it. The acting was also pretty good.

The last one is split in two movies for two reasons.
1. There is so many important stuff to the plot going on, that nothing can be skipped, compared to the previous books.
2. They want to milk it while they still can.
It only bothers me that the ending of the book which I will not spoil didn't happen.

Seriously, I thought this movie was average at best. I like the books, the movies can be good in some cases, but this one just felt like a link to the next movies. I really don't know if it is worth seeing. But I'm not going to change your opinion. Let me just say it did improve upon the characters. Malfoy was great.
I really hope they don't screw up the next movies. D:

Which is weird since this book was longer than the last one, no?
Yes, but look at all the movies and then the books. Many scenes were cut out of each. However, the seventh book is written in such a way that there is literally almost no scene you can cut out or shorten, since they are all so important. It's not the length, it's the content.
