Chester you never disappoint. Wonderful review I like the way they SQUIRREL!!! SQUIRREL!!! :woohoo: I like the way they animated the old man. I think we all know a Carl who reminds us of how back when he was a kid they walked to school barefoot in rain sleet or snow and the loved it. I just might see this without my 10 year old niece as my beard. Even though going into a Disney or Pixar movie without a kid sometimes looks a little, shall we say, strange. This movie is in 3D which should be SQUIRREL!!!! :woohoo: SQUIRREL!!!...this movie looked great in previews and should be nice.

Everybody seems to be saying that lately, from the homeless, to the middle class family with a toxic mortgage, to GM. Hell, it's what the U.S. says to China!
And moving on from that dower note, it seems we have another hit from Pixar. Analysts were worried that "Up" wouldn't make as much money as Pixar's other works because it didn't have the characters or concept they could merchandise/milk with toys and games and other crap. John Lasseter, though, shook off those concerns, saying that movie quality was Pixar's primary concern.

Whenever you spoke in chipmunk or sped things up, I cracked up. Dunno, I just love that stuff. XD
I've heard great things about this movie. Pixar always has the best animated movies, even when there is a flood of animated (and now, 3D) movies coming out.
Seriously, how many are there? Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs, Up, 9, Ice Age 3, Planet 51... LOTS of animated movies.
What? I saw a lot of previews.
Wow, long post. Anyway, great review.

Well I love Pixar...sometimes,But the
thing I don't like is now that there around Disney barely makes movies,I mean I loved the old Disney,Lion king,Aladdin,Dumbo, and who framed Roger rabbit were great! But now Pixar is around and the movies are slightly less unique and slighlty stupid sometimes,But my favorite Pixar movie is a tie between Monsters inc and Ratatouille. :D

Definetly one of Pixar's finest films. It really reminded me of something Eiichiro Oda would write (except no pirate or bloody fight scenes) in that it freely went to bizarre and crazy concepts while still being taken seriously.
I was very suprised at how emotional it would be. Nearly cryed at the begining  Definetly recommend it to just about anyone really.
