The Room was the singularity of terrible film, and as such imploded into itself, creating a black hole which sped it into another dimension where it ceased to exist.
The Room simultaneously created a time paradox, since Doug came back from the future to show the film to his past self. But, since the film no longer exists, the future self cannot show it to the past self, and as such we are stuck in an infinite and unknowing loop.

Anyway, as usual, I thought the episode was quite funny and disturbing, just the way I like it. ;)
Seriously though, the questions in this one seemed slightly more messed up than usual. Of your responses, I'd probably say my favorite was the delayed reaction to the castration. It was nicely done.
