You can never see them together because they are the same person. You see, TGWTG has a sever personality disorder, and this "Doug" is the core personality. "Doug" uses the internet to vent the built up frustration from harboring multiple people in the same body, using each personality to entertain people through different methods. Ether that or each is just a fictional persona that only exists on the internet, but that would be ridiculous.
