Those are very good questions...
1. The sandman actually doesn't throw sand but sleeping powder, which once thrown in the eyes the grains are dispersed to the edges of the eyes and dry up making it look like sand.
2: Because its Popcorn.. it always tastes nice
3: Well if your in London, Fly past big ben, and then fly on to the right start and straight on till morning
