He says "Dude, can you take me to the walk-in centre?". 'Walk in centre' (also known as a 'Walk in clinic') in the UK means a section of a hospital that treats minor injuries and illnesses such as diarrhoea, vomiting, bites, rashes, minor cuts and minor burns.
I don't see why anyone would have a problem with the rest. The only reason why Welshy is a little difficult to hear in Day 2 is because of the wind.

Well, as I said, specifically I need them solely for the aforementioned scene, but it'd be nice to know that I'm hearing everything correctly and just to help with of a better understanding of the dialects in general. I mean... not that i'm actually expecting subtitles or anything... Am I? Is subtitles a reasonable expectation? I mean, yeah, totally go for it if it's easy.
