How are Riddler and Scarecrow ugly? They seem like average looking guys to me. And I always thought most of Batman's villains were villains because of past traumas in their lives, not so much because they were ugly.

Sin Cara would make an amazing Batman villian. He only communicates through pointing, he apparently has two personalities, and he's so unpredictable, you never know when he's going to show up, then disappear for 30 days.
