Another fun video. I'm not one to ask an artist to limit their output, but Tech N9ne's constant switching between very high-concept rap and songs like "Don't Tweet This" can be a bit jarring.

10.26.2012 - 17:32 | Neo Ultra MikeTo be honest I really like the "Poker Face" remix that Kanye Common and Cudi did. I guess more the chorus then the verses but I don't have a problem with it. And to be fair, that Eminem line in "Cleaning Out My Closet" was a lead in to him talking about the story of his mother and the actual reason why he probably keeps name dropping her: crappy memories of how she acted that makes him want to trash talk her as a self defense mechanism. And also I think based on other songs he cracked down on his father a lot more then even his mom and is just trying to set up a more serious tone for that song so I think it works.
Overall though very solid lists. Espiecally the meta lines like "this is where you should cut to a clip-" and "I forget about songs before I list them." And some interesting observations, pointing out why would a mobster wife make a rap song (unless she's just looking for suicide), or saying that Tyga's line of "youre just hating" can be applied to any situation and just make it look stupider. Though thinking about it, if one Rap Critic is choking while the other Rap Critic is telling him he's being a hater, does that mean there are two rap critics? The world must know.

2#. Aw man, I love that song. In fact, I've been listening to that song, and most of his other songs, quite recently from his second and third albums. In fact, I have realized he disses his mom a whole lot in those other songs despite that line.
I don't care, regardless. It's still incredible music.

Dude, good list Rap Critic! Good work as always! I don't know if you do any requests but I think you should air out Nas on his 2 worst albums- I am... and Nastradamus. It's not because he's bad (I mean, come on, he made Illmatic. Plus, he's probably the greatest lyricist in hip hop's history (besides Rakim)), but those 2 albums were TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's when he starting bragging about his swag and bling simply because it was popular!
Okay, maybe you could just review "1" song. How about "Hate Me Now"? That has to be his worst song- ever! I'm not joking either! All Nas fans will say the same thing. But I think with your intellect, you could actually do a good analysis of the song and determine whether or not it actually deserves all the hate even after all these years.
Please Rap Critic- you're our only hope!
