WHAT A STUPID MOVIE

So that's where the redhead from Dawn of the Dead 2004 Escaped to. She runs away to become a student at a remote international school somewhere in a Canadian/American Forest setting and left Ving Rhames and Sarah Polley behind in order to escape the zombies.

I love how Andrew Dickman's art makes Phelous look sexy in a school uniform while being spotted by Nami from One Piece, or Dodger, or whatever her name is!

I also noticed how all the Macs in this film are Mac OSX but all the Windows PCs are using Windows 98, and that the e-mails are sent with a Windows computer. I'm pretty sure this movie is an Apple propaganda film saying that Microsoft spreads lies and creates serial killers. Subtle.

And back when this movie was released on DVD, i remember how they made the ads look like this movie is a live action remake of Japanese erotic hentai animes like Bible Black and Discipline, eventhough the rating of this film is PG-13 and have no scenes of nudity, orgies, bukkakes, rape and whatsoever. A real smart advertising move there, my friend.

And great use of Bon Jovi music there, my friend.

She was stupid in that movie too. She risked her life for a damn dog. The asshole in the movie actually read my mind with his remark about it. But the movie decided to kill him instead of her. No surprise there.

The Bon Jovi jokes were wonderful, particularly "shot through the heart." I love how your reviews have layers of humor to them, with the clear and direct jokes laying inside of the structure of the entire review which parodies the movie as a whole. Brilliant!

Great review though, seriously one of your better ones. The musical cues were just superb, extremely clever and really prove your worth as a comedian/critic. This movie actually looks so infuriatingly bad that I was actually getting a little annoyed by its vapidity during the review. I can't imagine trying to sit through this whole thing without commentary. Also, as much as I love darkwing duck, that ending theme is just god awful. I'm sorry, I'm so sorry.

You don't need to apologize. That song was like the distilled torment of watching this movie.

- Well, any movie with a redheaded girl can't be all bad (yes, I'm shallow).

- Why is Bon Jovi trying to act? It didn't work on Ally McBeal and it doesn't work here. Sing, you bastard, sing!

- Is that Sam from Supernatural? He's young...ger. At least he moved up from this movie.

- After this and Triangle, maybe it's time to give the Saw series some love? If you like convoluted messes (literally and figuratively), you gotta love Saw.

- No comment on that end song... well, except for this one.

LOVED the Bon Jovi jokes, great call on the "shot through the heart!" part. On another note, I had a prof who looked like Bon Jovi crossed with Steven Tyler...make of that what you will. I saw this movie the following semester and laughed at the coincidence. :P

When I was in university, the fire alarm would go off several times a week in the dorm, and yet the fire department still came every single time. So if the jackasses in the movie had just called the police, the cops would have had to show up, no matter how often they've gone to the campus on fool's errands before.

I really loved it when cop-Phelous took off his sunglasses to reveal another pair of sunglasses. Awesome!

Easily the greatest thing about this review was the Darkwing Duck parody/tribute at the end. Seriously, ANYONE that pays nod to one of the greatest TV shows of all time deserves my love and respect till the end of time.

Oh yeah..um..well, my biochemistry professor is very strict on any type of sounds during class. The AOL messenger sound accidentally went off one day and my professor was already in a bad mood, so I got a 30 dollar fine during class. Later on during the semester he brought the fine down to 15 dollars. Overall, to Wermin2 I'm sorry that my comment was long, yet I found this to be one of phelous's best videos, So because of my excitement I really sort of went overboard with the comment (This movie was filled with a gazillion dumbasses though). Also the comment about how I wanted the duck tales song to be done instead of the Darkwing Duck theme wasn't meant to be negative in any way. I just still remember how Nostalgia Critic said that, that specific song was the one in which always stays in your head and how it stops you from understanding the secrets of the universe. Forgive me for my typos as well, since I'm not an english major! :D

When you whipped off the sunglasses and you had another pair underneath, I was surprised in to laughter and I spit the candy I was chewing on all over my computer screen.

Loved the bit with "You give love a bad name"

Never seen the movie (besides what's here), but I feel your pain, man. Even Light Yagami couldn't construct a Xanatos Gambit that incredibly convoluted and improbable. And if he could, he wouldn't use the damn thing because he seems smart (sometimes magically so, but still).

And I agree. Those kids are an absolutely abhorrent mix of the Karma Hoodini, Teenagers Are Monsters, and Too Dumb Too Live.

And that main dude's smug mug looks familiar, but I can't remember where I could've seen it before.

The cop at the end was the funniest part of this video.

This is a dumb, dumb movie...but I can't help but feel a little fond of it because the mafia/cry wolf browser game they made to promote this movie was a TON of fun to play. I was so sad when they shut it down.

Wait...Is that Anna Deavere Smith as the headteacher?!?!?!? WTF, woman? You took a break from The West Wing to do this pile of crap?!?!?! Just....whhhhhhyyyyyyyyyy y??? :( And don't even get me started on the total pointlessness of Gary Cole *sigh*

And Bon Jovi totally deserved every joke that was made at his expense - especially the the Shot Through The Heart one LOL :)

This movie is such an awful Gossip/Urban Legend-style rip-off :( I have to confess, though, I kept waiting for a-ha's 'Cry Wolf' to start playing LOL

While the movie is a sack full of failure, the best/worst thing about it? Listen to the DVD commentary and see how SERIOUSLY the creators take it as "art." They actually set out to make a good movie - and think they accomplished it. Mind-boggling.
