The Escapist featured a little article about how Ubisoft has made the soundtrack free to download, and they even included the link to get the .zip file.

02.12.2010 - 00:15 | MuroKhanI think the two songs I remember the most are: The song playing at Mamago's (aka the song 0 : 00 - 0:40), and finally the racing theme. I never heard the song you reviewed as clear here as I did playing the game, and I never really appreciated it; but, now hearing it so clear, I do love it the beat from the music and the singers, and how they work so well together.

And I had the words Hentai-Bait at 1 minutes 34 when the tentacle appeared. This scene stuck in my head for the rest of the viedo O_O (Don't deny it, there are bound to have at least one pic of that. And no I don't want proof)
Anyway, another great Paw video :D

02.12.2010 - 03:23 | lordsandroActually I'm bulgarian and I know that there must be some bulgarian lyrics in this song but after 10 listening I still cannot hear anything even remotely sounding like bulgarian language. Which can mean two things: the language they use wasn't bulgarian but some other Eastern European language(common mistake actually I've had people who think that Bulgaria is province of Greece or something and it's not)or they hire a guy who doesn't speak bulgarian to read the lines...which is always a bad idea. That or I'm really stupid :unsure: :lol:.
Still really cool song.

I was under the impression that the lyrics were in a made up language but I may be wrong on this.
Nice video, Paw. Good to see Christophe Heral get the recognition he deserves. Personally I like "Home Sweet Home".

Aaaah Beyond Good & Evil! It's so great game.
It was one of the first PS2 games I got, It cost like 6€ Which is pretty cheap for a game. And played and loved it.
Yeah, the music is pretty awesome in that game. Propaganda and one song that played during one race (I can't remember what it was called xD) were my favorite songs.

Loved playing BGaE, and loved the music. The sequel looks promising too, though I can't get a feel for the music too well. Seems like it will be good though!

One of my favourite games and the soundtrack is excellent. This particular song is very unique, never expected it when entering the bar for the first time.
Btw, I should also point out that the Xbox version of BG&E is NOT backwards compatible with the 360. Believe me, I tried when I hunted down the game. Luckily, I got a PS2 copy afterwards and loved it ever since.

Been a long time since I played this game. I don't even remember this tune, but it sounds good. BGAE had such an awesome blend of different world musical styles.
I just looked it up on YouTube - "Spanish Bar" is the name of the track that gets stuck in my head every time I think of this game. Great song!

02.13.2010 - 08:46 | psycher7I just finished BGaE for the last Saturday. Truly an underrated underappreciated classic. And the music was simply amazing; games don't have soundtracks like this. Propaganda and the racing theme are two of the best tunes ever used in a game and I've gone back to those areas just to listen.
