Oh dear god, the way some of the pieces of the models fit together look HORRIFYING! That one bandit before he was killed by the bacci(sp?), and then Gabriel's arm in the disco? Yikes!

I can't help but laugh at the model's designs, especially the "scowling" faces and above all the pointy conic breasts. lol, that never fails to crack me up when I watch those old 3D modeled games.

At least Lupa won't have to worry if her Xena character has to fight a game boss without weapons, she can have them poke their eyes out with one mighty chest slam. XD

Orpheus is a legendary/mythological poet, musician and prophet. He had the ability to charm every living creature with his music. Ability which he used successfully on Hades to make him release his wife from the underworld. Also he helped Argonauts bypass Sirens. Quite an iteresting character in my opinion.

Indeed. He wasn't a god, but being the son of Morpheus, the god of dreams, he was a half-god, immortal, thus when angry maenads tore his head off he still survived, in the myths.

So...the next game was actually a step down from this one? How does that work? I mean yes, the models look far more horrendous here and the model movement more so, but this one was a lot more "Pick your own path" than Death in Chains! Regardless, another entertaining LP Allison.

I love how these TV-series just don't know the most simple things about greek mythology, yet try to look like inventive and resourceful and faithful... Maenads were NOT vampires, nor could they turn to wolves. They were half-crazed, half-naked drunk followers of Dyonusius (for the record, Bacchus is his roman name...) and they dressed in leopard or animal skins. Titan Quest depicts them much closer to the legends and illustrations than this game...

Also, dryads are FEMALE tree/water spirits, often pursued by horny gods - while here they look like friggin' Goliath from Gargoyles! Also... if Dryads are apparently intelligent enough to have a graveyard, why do they just hang their dead on a tree?

And man, whoever animated this game should have been fired. Characters move like ragdolls, and constantly wobble. I have seen better Garry's Mod skits than this!
