This was neat project for a junior high kid. I will say since it was put in that the U.N. was a pretty universally held idea after the failure of the League of Nations. Most people believed that Wilson was right and the U.N. would prevent disaster in the future. It could also be said that the FDR would have not even acknowledged the reporter's question if she asked about his wheel chair. His want to keep it quiet and threat at cutting off access were what made it taboo.

Televisions were around in 1945. The first television station was created in 1928. The reason people didn't use or buy TV's or they became popular until the 1950's was because of the Great Depression.
I don't know what your teacher gave you, but as a middle school teacher myself, I would have given you an A.
