I remember watching like 2 minutes of this and completely hating it. They should have just left it at European Vacation, or in the 80s. Loved the "Merry Christmas" line after the announcement of suicide.

Jackie Jokers would call the humor in this movie trite. The only thing worth watching in this movie is the hot Asian chick, and we can get that through Google Image Search.

As a matter of fact, I can confirm that Google Image Searching "hot Asian chick" is indeed *far* more productive than Googleing "Jeremy Wade"
I mean, not to make too much of it, but that Google bait you guys dropped? was *so* not worth Googleing. I mean, I "get" it, but then, I pretty much got it before I Googled it, when I had no idea who he was but just assumed he was some sort of famous fisherman/shark hunting guy. But then when you both made such a big deal out of Googleing it I figured it had to be something a lot more unexpected/clever than that.
...But no, it's just some outdoorsman with if anything a slightly weaker relevance to the scene at hand than I'd assumed. Kind of a letdown, really (albeit not nearly as big a one as seeing what Eric Idle's been reduced to).

And what a terrible Movie! What in the hell possessed these people to make this film? National Lampoon should be ashamed!
Then again, when was the last time any Hollywood "Comedy" was good? They've lost the knack in all of this gaudy charmlessness.

About Eric Idle, I'm afraid he lost his dignity ages ago... I'm pretty sure he just forgot what "funny" means. Now he just seems to think he's funniest when he just gets beaten up, pushed around, and generally ruffled up.
It's horribly sad. I used to love him with the Pythons.
