MikeJ you should put a tagline warning about Willem Dafoe. I didn't know he was in this film and I couldn't get my tinfoil hat on in time and he started to seep into my brain.

I agree with dr_mayus. It could be similar to that one episode of Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged with Duke Devilin. I almost felt my mind slipping when the train blew up. On a similar note, I really liked that tinfoil hat. =)
This was just another cliche action movie with rather silly action. Well, that and boobs. Either way, nice job MikeJ. I always like to see new stuff from you.

The thing that really pissed me off, more than the idea of an overweight Ice Cube performing feats that even fit guys have trouble with, was the off screen death of the first movie's main character.
Sure he's somehow alive now, but then we thought he was dead. So it was aggravating.

hey, at least the girls were hot(pretty much the only redeeming quality of this movie).
Also, I think I could manage to find a use for an erect penis and a lesbian party, though it might create some waves in the club.

10.07.2010 - 06:21 | Cameron WinterYes, but the first one was at least trying to be different. xXx1 tried to stand out by using the extreme sports angle and going with the idea that the hero was not a trained spy or a soldier, but just a guy making stuff up as he went.
xXx2 is just generic and boring, with nothing to make it stand out from the croud of generic action movies. And lets not forget its utter obsession with the hero being black.
YES! Ice Cube is black, we get it, stop beating us over the head with it! And while we're at it, could you get off the repeatative line about why white people are all either evil or lame?

but then again, unless it absolutely insults my intelligence on a massive scale, I don't mind a bad movie as long as it has plenty of over the top action. Yes, I even enjoyed a few of the video game based movies that Uwe Boll didn't screw up.

This is a very silly movie... yes, I must complain about unengaging movie characters. I find it rather stupid when the main character in a movie goes through some kind of... well the movie... and then ends up not changing in any way... it just makes the movie seem rather pointless... well... maybe it was pointless... in that case all we need is a reel of action sequences... should be about as entertaining...

The first XXX sucked so I'm not surprised the second one sucked even worse (so it seems)
I mean the only reason I even watched the first XXX was because Rammstein was in the first 5 minutes of the movie.
I can't believe I'm about to say this, but, who would have thought Vin Diesel was actually semi decent in the first one compared to part 2.
whatever though, they both sucked.
