Unlike the first half, I watched this review under the influence of beer and Jose Cuervo tequila, and yes, this movie still seems completely stupid!

Marijuana can't fix it. Alcohol can't fix it. It sucks. End of story.

Oh, God...

I remember Christmas 2008, me and my family were invited to a Christmas party at my Aunt's house. It was a rave of small kiddies jumping around as if each and everyone of them has had 10 pounds of sugar.

Shortly after fighting my way though the sea of hyperactive kids, my Aunt put this very same film on in order to keep the kids quiet while the Grown-Ups had their share of wine. I was left with the unfortunate duty of babysitting, which meant watching the film. I didn't expect much on this film's behalf, but I did expect the kids to be entertained. Instead, all I heard was "Where's Mommy? This film is boring!" and "Where's the remote?"

My God, this film bored everyone to near death. Thankfully, before we got to the [i]oh so epic conclusion[/i] and hear anymore of that eardrum piercing singing from "Tiny", (or whatever) we were called out because my Aunt was paranoid about the snow, thus we left and headed home.

Sometimes, I wish this film could've killed me. I couldn't watch another Christmas related film for a while after that. In fact, I'm still recovering. I've only watched (I think) 2 Christmas Specials though out December. I hate this film with the fire of a million burning quasars sparking into existence, and crashing into the black pit of suffering known as life itself. I would rather launch myself into the vacuum of space than watch this. :X

You, MikeJ, have done me and my sanity a great deal of help. And for that, I thank you. I feel as if I can face this "movie" again and hit it right between the eyes with a rusty pitchfork.

No offense, Mike, but why do you always look like you are nervous when you're on camera?

And I have to say you need to be a little more witty with your writing. Your review wasn't really a clever or funny critique as much as it was just you describing the story with a dissapointed tone in your voice. We also only get a few shots of the actual film with enough audio to hear it. We didn't get to see any of the stereotypes you complained about, nor did we actually see the message self-destruct in the end.
