Glad someone pointed that out. I mean, we all know, but it should just be mentioned out of courtesy. Welp, allons-y!
  • Guy Shafor  - Congratulations on the whole being thing!

"Hobbit related duties" needs to be a phrase used more often in real life.

I almost wished that the man-child killed a kid out of his stupidity so that he can NEVER be in these films ever again.

Yay, Mathew's growing his hair out again!

Also, David Tennant needs to be in more stuff. And by that I mean more GOOD stuff.

Every actor gets a lousy movie. Even David Tennent.

I'm glad those movies aren't popular in the U.S, only because this second one looks and sounds awful.

Ha-ha! I KNEW it was your birthday!
A very happy year to you, Matty ;) I hope you will continue to be a hero by watching these movies for us, and continue to be amazing and hilarious while reviewing them!

The guy who plays Watson in Sherlock is in the first one, and David Tennant replaces him in the second... Steven Moffat is clearly a fan.

David Tennant's agent needs to go fast. Since Doctor Who his career has just been a disastrous decline.

Not really. He's been in two bad movies. The rest were, well... Fright Night, How to Train Your Dragon, Pirates! Band of Misfits, and then he's gone back to television with some stuff that looks like they will be good: Broadchurch, with Arthur Darvill, and Spies of Warsaw, which is coming out next month or so. Plus "True Love" was pretty good, and quite an interesting concept with the improvisation.

Two crappy movies does not a bad career make. Especially since this one I'm fairly sure he did because of the movie's connection to the Children in Need charity.

This was a really good review. It made me want to check it out, just to see what I will think of Tennant's and Wooton's role.

Please don't ever be worried about your voice or appearance again. It does not alter the level of information of your reviews at all. In fact, if anything, it only contributes to the points your making. You're one of the few things I still come back for to this site!

Honestly, you don't have to yell your entire script into the microphone. You lose the ability to put emphasis on certain words when you're yelling constantly, as I'm sure you've noticed already... which is probably why you're still pitch-shifting constantly.

It's extremely grating to listen to...

Nativity? Haven't seen it, didn't know it existed until now.

Hmm... nativity 3 better take place in space.

I never heard of Nativity 1, but I'll definitely check it out. So of course, I haven't heard of Nativity 2 either, but it seems from you it's okay if I didn't. To me, it's already a bad sign when the main actor doesn't return to reprise his/her role, and the producers go ahead with the film anyway.

Except that, as FB said, Freeman didn't reprise the role because he was already doing The Hobbit.

I could tell by the title that this was going to be shit. Any sequel that feels it's clever by having a title that rhymes is inevitably stupid.

    Oh why oh why!??

    Hollywood wants to milk a series of movies for the gold. Nativity should have been well left alone. Way to go Hollywood! >.>;

I believe this film is British, so... yeah, where exactly is hollywood located in the UK?
  • Lemanic
You never know in David Camerons UK, Americanophile as he is.

This movie feels like your typical cheezy Disney flick and it even got it's own Mater in form of Mr. Poppy.

    Bollocks!

    Two ways to go here:
    A. They let the Trunchbull open another school?
    B. Her ornery 50s nun character would have kept Mr. Poppy right in line.

After seeing this review I went and watched the first Nativity! and loved it. I'm not sure it needed a sequel. I might check it out anyways, but the first has been added to my Christmas collection. Cheers from British Columbia- Merry Christmas!
