Always enjoy your lists! This was obviously no exception.

Great intro and great personal back story!

    Keep up the good work.
  • Azmar
Oh wait ! You forgot his awesome performance in Highlander !
... well no, actually, that would have been way too big of an amount of bruce-badassery even for the very fabric of Life to handle ^^
That pic is real, though. And glorious o/ : http://tinyurl.com/ cna4w5p

I miss the adventures of brisco county jr, I wish it would have lasted longer.

Bruce Campbell is mighty awesome all right. :D He's so amazing that every time he pulls a trigger, a dead puppy comes back to life.

I liked his Spider-Man cameos...they were quirky and entertaining all the same, though I can understand your disappointment in him not receiving bigger roles if he's going to be in the movies at all.

Also, love the Kimmunicator ringtone. I needs to get me one of those. ;)

This was a great list, a fitting tribute to such a beloved actor,
    Good work E-rod.

Great list, but a little mistake. It's Billy Drago, not Johnny Drago.
  • ColeYote

I think he also confused "masochist" and "sadist" in #9.

But I haven't seen the movie. I just think that character liking to receive pain wouldn't make much sense.

Awesome Tribute. Did you ever read the Army of Darkness/Xena Crossover comics? It's hilarious how Ash and Autolycus interact and they even bring up how they look exactly alike.

    BRISCO COUNTY JR. RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!

I loved Jack of all Trade. it's a shame it did'nt last longer.
  • DMaster
    Indeed.
  • ninjacrabdragon243  - Nice Video!
I have never seen the Blockbuster Buster before but I might actually start watching his videos now. By the way, Bruce Campbell can chainsaw through reality.
  • Pickapok  - BUT WAIT, EROD!
There IS a website full of Bruce Campbell facts!

hohoho my friend did you stick around after the credits of the remake. little giftie poo for us fans. great set here.
  • TheOpinionatedSchmuck  - BRUCE AS SULLY!
    avatar
Bruce would be perfect for playing Sully in the live action Uncharted movie (assuming they do it). I mean come on Bruce may be a better lady's man than Sully, but still!
  • TheOnlyThing
Fuck, Nathan Fillion and Bruce Campbell as Nathan Drake and Sully? I'd actually pay to see a movie in theaters that doesn't have superheroes in it. And a video game movie, no less!
  • Edit Death

Good news, everybody! The Nicholas Cage thing was debunked. Turns out it was stated by some imposter Sly claiming to have read it.
  • Sledgomatic
    Ahem... Bubba Hotep is overrated.

    ButBrucewasbeyondphenomen alasElvisdon' tgetmewrong.

I think the best part about Bruce Campbell is that I loved all those characters without ever saying, 'There's Bruce again.' That's not something I can say about Mike Myers or Patrick Stewart or Robin Williams. Now that's said, I think I'll go track down that box set of Brisco County Jr.
  • ShadowHand  - I thought ash did make a cameo in the remake spoil
    avatar
I thought the remake wasn't a remake thought it was another sequel and bruce cameo's as ash at the very end after the credits
  • ThunderDave
Nice Job ERod. Only thing I think you should have at least made a brief mention of, Man with the Screaming Brain.
  • FullmetalNinja25

Bruce Cambell mentioned this video on Twitter, congrats ERod! :D
  • Karutomaru  - Missing One?

Just as I thought, Blockbuster Buster. You missed an awesome role.

If you love Bruce Campbell, then you should love the game based on Sam Raimi's first Spider Man movie.
In it, Bruce Campbell sarcastically and hilariously narrates the game's tutorial. As a fan of his, I highly recommend you check it out.
He was in the other two Spider Man games too, but the tutorial in the first one is where he really shines.
  • TheOnlyThing
Someone eating a sandwich has never sounded better.
Bruce Campbell as the tour guide was the whole reason I bought the Spider-Man 3 game, and also the only reason I played it twice.
  • Guild Navigator

Anyone remember the absolutely hillarious Bruce Campbell narration in the Spiderman 2 game?
  • TheOnlyThing
"Your next task is to buy a swing speed upgrade from the spidey store, which you've already done because you're a go-getter!"
  • Moon Spirit
    avatar
I also remember his tutorial in the first Spider-Man game as well. And he narrates while eating a sandwich. That was awesome.
  • kirbyfan4  - Woah
I just realized Bruce Campbell himself tweeted this

Awesome picks! I saw a few episodes of Burn Notice; but could never have the time to get into it. Love his Spidey cameos. Didn't know he was in alot of these programs. Definitely should get to watching these films when I get the chance.

    Hail to the king baby!!

P.S. As mentioned above, Congrats on the mention by Bruce on twitter, Erod.

I loved Bruce Campbell ever since I rented Army of Darkness. Then I recognized him in Hercules/Xena and later Jack of All Trades. It saddens me that worthless actors get one blockbuster after the other (for example Nicolas Cage after he went insane) when Bruce Campbell is remains largely unknown to most people.

Hopefully his recent TV success will get him more triple A roles.
  • hownice
Come on BB I get BC is O-some but you didn't have to poke at Nic. Cage. You are like comparing Thrift Shop and Suit & Tie.
  • kirbyfan4  - Wait
Didn't Todd in The Shadows do the same thing?
  • SSH  - understandably are you having include this one

in mind my little pony fan fiction the lunar eclipse tournament, Bruce Campbell also plays the famous rainbow thunder father of of course rainbow DASH! after all you're going to be 20% cool you have to be the daughter of 50% groovy! also pinky pie makes tons of references to his series, also as a dream job moment I ever got a chance to direct, I Would Bruce Campbell,Tim Curry, and John Delancey in the same recording booth!

Hey, Nic Cage is crazy awesome when given the right the material. He's hilarious in Face/Off, and The Rock was one of the best action movies of the 90s. "Let's cut the chit chat, A-HOLE!"
  • Break Man Z
A great list and it's always awesome to see Bruce in full badassery. I liked how you used Do The Bruce Campbell, but I'm wondering if you knew of another song done by the great Luke Ski called Blues Campbell. It's a pretty neat tune.

Dude, great list. You are awesome at compiling information and explaining your reasons. You but things into words that other people would probably not be able to explain. Lists like this and all your other reviews are good because you've obviously done the research and show you care about what you're talking about.

    But...

You are NOT funny. Your cut away gags are just random references, your "Bruce Campbell list" was predictable, your freakouts and reactions are way too fake, over the top and predictable, every joke you make is predictable honestly and... yeah just stop trying to play a comedian, cause you are not. Your scenes and skits too, all just... I'm never engaged in them, and they are painful most of the time to the point I want you to just get to the point already.

Really, know your strength and work with that. I like watching some of your stuff, cause you know the actors, you know the source content, you know obviously so much about films and it's enjoyable to see you talk about them. But when you venture into the territory where you're weak, you just make things awkward for the both of us.

Also, totally saw number 1 coming and I totally agree with you on that one. Great movie and fantastic acting and portrayal on Bruce Campbell's part! Great list and you gave me some stuff that I need to really check out now.
