It would have made me much more interested in seeing the sequels. The first movie was really good as far as I really care, and I think it could have legitimately been loosely based on the game.
The superhuman-chick element of the next movies was kind of a put-off for me as a fan of the games, and thus as a gamer. Milla Jovovich and Angelina Jolie would be a brutal collaboration- is my closing statement.

I actually like the 1st movie because they at least were serious with it and made an ok B-level horror movie, but the 2nd one they went nuts and went into somebody's fanfic territory!

I love Resident Evil 1 tons, especially since I never played the games, but 2 & beyond were like a one-way escalator of shit.
Damn that black box is annoying...But not as annoying as slow motion action scenes & Mary Sues.

Call them out if their later review is an exact retread of what somebody else did, in terms of critique, format or set-up, but if somebody does a later installment in their own unique way, don't give them grief for it.

Plus I personally don't like Milla Jovovich; In my opinion, shes as bland as Matthew Broderick. Good funny reviews btw.

I kiiinda liked the first RE movie. It deviated from the "core" story of the games while staying somewhat faithful to the spirit of the game. Funny thing,I didn't disliked Apocalypse as much as...well,pretty much the rest of the planet. I think Sienna Guillory did a fine job as Jill. The plot and story are ridiculous and they tried to pidgeonhole way too many refences to the games. And that's one of the problems with subsequent cinema RE sequels,they try to hard to include "Ooo,that's from the game!" scenes.
BTW,Latino E-Rod es un vato con huevos!

If ya'll think this is trolling, I'm sorry. But I have to say this. BB I honestly thought you were funny in the past... but I won't be watching your reviews anymore. Using Eddie Guerrero's theme music for this thug character was simply appalling!
I know the spoofing of dead celebrities can be funny sometimes... But not this time. Speaking as a big fan of the true Latino Heat: See ya.

I knew I recognized that music from many hours of playing TMNT on the NES. Did expect to hear it in a RE review. Suprisingly funny.

I never like any of the Resident Evil movies. I wish they stick with the original screenplay instead.
