Considering where she lives, I'd say she has more bathing suits than actual clothes and likely because of that she's more comfortable in a tank top and cut-offs or anything similar. But since it's Misty, it might just be her huge ego running the show. She did think she could beat Jessie in a bikini contest after all. At least one can say she's comfortable in her own body.

My first sexual awakening experience was viewing older zelda from ocarina of time (at age 7). She was probably the first fictional/real person that I truly had a crush on. Second, would probably be Misty from pokemon (at age 8). My wild liking of her as a child is probably the reason why I love red heads so much at this time (she also had short shorts :D). Third would be Claudia Well's Jennifer from BTTF (at age 13), tied with Kimberly from "Power Rangers" (Also, tied with Elisabeth Shue from the first Karate Kid). Claudia Well's was probably the first actual actress I had a love crush on during my teenage years.

Sailor Mercury would probably be mine if we're gonna go this route. She was the smart one in the group, her power was water (which was my favorite type of Pokemon as a kid), and she had blue hair (blue is my favorite color). Also, her parents were divorced and that spoke to me as well...
