That was great!
At the start I thought it would be good and I was disappointed in my assumption...IT WAS FUCKING AWESOME!!!
Though being a guy I did not watch She-Ra...then again I didn't watch He-Man either. Meh..
I still enjoyed viewing/rating (5 stars of course!) this and have to say I liked how you went about the whole "gayness" of He-Man and that Rebel guy (aleady forgot his name).
Anyway, I don't know if you plan to do a Halloween-based segment but if you are I won't bother to guess. If you are not, that is fine too. ;D

You don't see many low-budget cartoons get that sort of treatment nowadays. Aw hell, truth be told, you don't see any low-budget 'toons get it anymore.
But yeah, between the ambiguous gayness, the unintentional phalluses, and the non-ending endings, I think if this "movie" can be described in one word, that word surely must be "Oahooooohooooooooooahooo oooohoh."

The He-Man series is admittedly close to my heart from childhood, however I have a few points I'd just like to mention... or perhaps many points.
*It's funny that you say that He-Man is so musclebound that he couldn't move, when all of the character actions were traced from footage of real live body builders, (motion capture before motion capture existed).
*Prince Adam is supposed to be a pansy to hide his secret identity. BTW on the horse bit... have you ever ridden on the back of a motorcycle? You have to hold the rider at the hip, there's no other way.
*If you follow the series, both He-Man & She-Ra's swords were stored in Castle Grayskull when the current Sorceress took over for the previous one. And when both Adam & Adora reached a certain point in their lives the swords would seek their destined owners.
*Ironically Bow's toy version had a full gold breast plate armor, and he didn't have his mustache or red heart on his chest. Maybe Filmation thought he'd be more approachable to girls if he were "flaming".
*Why are you biting your hand? Do tell!
*30? Adam and Adora are supposed to be 19. Okay maybe they really screwed that up. BTW you're not 30 are you? J/k
*After the first season of He-Man, Skeletor became a joke because he could never defeat He-Man. I suspect he was about ready to give up on Eternia.
*There was no "even cheaper studio" however, it was the same exact studio and crew who worked on both series.
Overall this wasn't well written as a movie, but it was patched together to do so. I'm actually surprised that you didn't mention Erika Scheimer's bad acting. On their own I still contend that He-Man, She-Ra & Filmation as a whole did create some good storylines.
You kick ass and take names.

I believe it's called rotoscoping, where they trace the animation from videos. See the animated LOTR, it's full of it. Nothing new really
And pretending or not, not like his He-man costume is less gay. Come on, who's not going to recognize that over-muscled build and blond bob? That makes less sense than Clark Kent's glasses.

Hi NC,
Nice show, I actually never say Shera except when she appeared on He-Man. It wasn't until recently that I saw her show released on DVD along with He-Man. I rented out the first disc of He-Man becouse I remember liking the show. Wow, was I surprised about what I saw.
You know, I never noticed how only there moths moved on there face before. Kind of reminds me of the ultra cheep animation where they used footage of actual peoples mouths in the cartoon. Man that was weird.

Is it me ? or Nostalgia Chick is getting Hotter amd Hotter from episode to episode ^^ and funier ...at this point i dont know who i rather watch..Lindsay or Doug ^^".

And I thought He-Man was bad with the homosexual tendencies. But hey, at She-Ra was good for the female demographic for the time. Nostalgia Chick, a very funny review you have done! And I just love your facial expressions, especially when you found out, nope, it isn't the end of the film yet. :P Keep up the good work!

Ahh She-Ra. Sweet, nausea inducing She-Ra. I never watched the show but I did see that movie because it was He-Man and it was shown on tv I think once. Good review, Nchick! Now, there is a female counterpart that does work. In comics anyway with Batgirl, She-Hulk and Spider-Woman/Girl.
Thankfully, those characters have their own personalities. And thankfully there's no male variation of female supers.
*imagines Storm Man and shudders*
Can't wait for the next one!
Good job. :)
It's just too bad that your last joke kind of faltered.
Kudos for digging up this trash.:D
