Though Kings Quest does have a lot of bad voice actors, you gotta admit the voice for Mordak is well done.
You might hate it Paw, but I enjoy every moment he appears and says, "Good Bye, King Graham!!" (that voice is so chilling :)

The Talking cat's name is Mannan, it's Mordack's brother. He's the reason Graham is in this whole mess. Alexander fed him a magic cookie back in Pt 3 to turn him into a cat. So that's why there is a magic talking cat in the game.
