It featured the Scarecrow and the Tin Man, and a town in Oz where everyone smoked cigarettes until it rained and Glinda made everything better. There was this really catchy song called "Smoke is No Joke". I only heard it once, but those lyrics will stay with me until I die!

Once upon a time, I saw Cartoon All Stars on Youtube. Somewhere in the comments there was someone plugging their review of it. I thought to myself, "What a douche." But I clicked on it anyway. XD And the rest, as they say, is history. :3

This has even gotten all the way to Poland. I remember watching it when I was around 11 or 12. I guess being
an “educational” piece, it was shown on all TV channels simultaniously just to make sure that every kid stays away from that pot-smoke-cloud thing. There is no escape from cartoon all stars. Beware!

OMG I knew what the review was goig to be about as soon as I read the title. I remember seeing this in elementary school in health class. But I don't remember George Bush, I think they fast forward the tape and started it at the begining of the cartoon. This was funny!
