I think NC show has improved and gotten funnier with every episode. AVGN has pretty much stayed the same; occasionally trying too much but still funny. I watch both shows and at times I think NC excels.

why do you always compare NC and the AVGN?
they have both totally different styles,also they reviewing different things the AVGN reviews games NC reviews movies.

I think That Guy with the Glasses should have his own weekly television show, preferably on HBO so he can stick be uncensored. And the studios can also hopefully get off his back.

Although the Internet is still a fine place for him, despite the huge amount of trolls that roam around posting hate comments.

Man... even on this site, so many haters. I can't believe this all came from the AVGN. Don't get me wrong, I love him and I'm a fan of his, but I like the Nostalgia Critic just as much. I can't beloeve that there are Nerd fanboys posting hateful comments on anyone who is not the Nerd. I bet this is what they are thinking...

When the Nostalgia Critic reviews a bad movie, it makes me never want to see that movie. However, when the Angry Video Game Nerd reviews a game, it makes me want to play that game (except the Atari ones). I wonder why...

I'd still much rather play a horrible video game than see a horrible movie. In fact, I'd also rather play a very good video game than see a very good movie. I'd rather play E.T. than see Batman and Robin. I'd also rather play Grand Theft Auto 4 than see a Harry Potter movie! Isn't it kind of weird that I like video games more than movies?

Look my friend it hapens some times to see a bad movie just because you didn't actualy know that was bad,and the same thing hapens if you play a bad video game! all that i try to say is that both are great.Movies and video games,dont get me wrong dude i have to a big pation on video games.I have ps2,psp,ps3,nes,gb,ds,pc and allot of games! but i also own allot of movies to!some times i prefer to see a movie and some other times i want to play a game.In our life is not only video games but other great stuff to do.

Why are people fighting about the nc and avgn?? they are both great and each of every one of them is doing a diferend kind of show! The one is about video games, and the other about films.Why dont some of you guys try to make some of your own shows? and stop fighting about those two? In your country those kind of stuff are doing a great sucsess,if you try to do something like that in greece nobody will give a shit.In there you have the oportunity to do review even for action figures! so enjoy those two guys and stop acting like that!

ill admit, i saw AVGN nerd first so i thought that N.C. was just a ripoff. but now watching him, he has his own style and views. ya, they have similiar traits, but its all good. i like them both
