Linkara Note: Yes, I know I misspelled Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo.

08.12.2009 - 18:31 | HarimanDefinitely. The only thing that Linkara missed is the tone that the writing has from time to time.
Every so often, the writing has a "I have no mouth AND I MUST SCREAM" feel to it. The Question's "They couldn't kill time (effectively)!" comment, the "Green lantern club", and other moments just scream that the writers know they're stuck making trash and that they're trying to make it as ludicrous, funny and subtly insulting to the editors as possible.
Oh, and I think that Stuporboy Premo would have worked better had he actually looked like the whiny teenager he acts like. Just take the superboy from "The Return of Superman", paint him in "The Crow" makeup and imagine that image instead of Duperman Whine, er, Superboy Prime.
Mind you, I don't think it would work much better, as Superboy Prime is a dose of sucktastic fail. It would just make more sense.

A fountain of knowledge you are, good sir. The definitive comic guy out there. If these weren't so much fun, I'd suggest doing a series for good comics.
I used to have a Kenner Darkseid action figure back in the 1980s. I didn't have a Superman one, though, so I just had him beat up He-Man with a cape a lot.

I nearly pissed myself when you did the whole character change bit where the character learned the true meaning of christmas. You always make me laugh. Keep it up. But i really need to go finish 52 because i didn't know booster golds little robot was evil or Rene Montoya becomes the next question or why she becomes that. I recognize these things but i don't know what significance they all had.

Mary Marvel's butt flew at me over fifteen times, and I liked it.
But not Countdown though. It'd almost be funny in a Douglas Adams kind of way if that were it's intention. What I mean is that it was completely ignored for the super-comic it was building up to, but so many things happened and then were tossed away in such a backlash of Canon Discontinuity that it almost seems like fan fiction.
Linkara, I don't know you personally, but until proven otherwise, you're a good man.
