My jaw dropped instantly at the title. And my jaw dropped even further at the crap that went over in the comic and just by the title, I had to know it would violate memories.
This made me shudder. Without falter and I have more horrid memories of amazons attack to stomp back down from that green fire moment Xena had.

Erm...yeah, actually. You said you didn't watch them, so you can be forgiven for not knowing, but yes, that was abundant. :P
Otherwise, great review. I always love seeing bad adaptations of one media into another get ripped apart.

I mean as you said, there are worse comics out there, but this was really an example of, what only is a level about the crap.
But yeah, as Xena was going "Revenge mode", I really felt myself remembered of Amzon Attack. *shudder*
By the way... a Twilight reference.

This has to be the most pointless comic you've done since Godzilla V. Barkley. It seems to have no more than two possible purposes: At4W fodder and Xena in dominatrix gear.
Also, no comment on Hyp-bonkers-la during the "female oppression" speech? I am disappoint. jk jk. Another great review, looking forward to the next one.

I was never a fan of either show, so I'm hardly surprised that a comic based on them was less than spectacular....garbage in/garbage out after all.

Eh, I'll admit, I liked Xena. Hercules I fell out of after the first few seasons due to the preachy moral at the end of each episode (and let's face it, his best episode was *after* his final episode when he was on Xena trying to keep Zues from killing her baby... dear god I'm a geek). This comic was just a bad idea. Although, I've yet to say otherwise of any comic you've reviewed...

Oh man, Hercules and Xena versus the Twilight crowd. It would probably be the only thing redeeming about the latter series and a high point of the former.
Sadly it would also kick off a lot more dirty, dirty fanfics. Ah well, you gotta take your chances somehow.
Good review! What's next? Another one shot deal, or back into some of the mainstream stuff?
