Nice review. Man, 90's shoe comercials sure were random. Michal Jordan and Bugs Bunny? Charles Barkle and Godzilla?
I loved the ending. Let me guess the sound effect, Appachi Chief from Super Friends.
And as a born and raised Chicago-ian (or whatever the term for people from Chicago is) I totally take offence to the Bulls line.

I just love the way you read the comic books panel for panel inbetween your commentaries and your take on the characters voices are so funny!
My favorite are when you do the comic books from the fifties and sixties. So many good jokes to be had.

Yet another comic where the writers could be outwitted by five year olds. How could they miss the fact that they gave absolutely no justification for the magic coin or any part of the story related to it AT ALL? I can buy that it is magic, and I don't need to know [i]how[/i] it works beyond that; but how in hells name do they justify a random kids grandfather getting his hands on such an artifact? Or just happening to be around RIGHT when Godzilla appears? Or Barkely figuring out how to use it to shrink himself at the end? He gave no indication of knowing anything about it before hand, why should he know anything by the end when he has been busy shooting hoops with the giant lizard?
Godzilla playing basketball sounds like one of those ideas that is so crazy it can't fail (like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), but apparently not, its just good ol' crazy.

Godzilla can't play basketball.Nor does he at ALL :scared: . In fact it IS proven that the G-monster himself plays TENNIS o_O .Not Golf, not Baseball, not softball,or no NEVER has played volleyball :grr: .Tennis, is what GODZILLA plays.But Gojira is his REAL name.Godzilla is his nickname giving to him by his college monsters who played tennis with him. =D And Zilla tried to copy him.But ZILLA plays basketball.Linkara-You got the rest right.I respect Godzilla playing tennis.That is why i am playing...

Yeesh, what a dishonor to Godzilla XD I mean...Godzilla playing basketball? That's the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard (Granted I'm not much of a godzilla fan myself, but he IS a fire-breathing lizard...so I gotta give him credit XD)
The comic should've just had the large dino fry Barkley and be done with it -_-

I was either smiling or laughing all the way through this. Some classic jokes in there. Although what Star Trek are you watching where the Klingons have knives attached to their arms? They're not from Mortal Kombat. :P
I know it's a small and utterly useless point, but when you held up the Mr. T and the T-Force comic in a bag and board, I almost died. Why? Partly because it's ridiculous to protect something so stupid and (hopefully) non-valuable. However, it's mostly because my friend--the one I mentioned when I suggested that comic, unaware you already knew about it--did the same thing. And when we showed it to the guys at the comic book store, they all had to come over and see it, because it was so dumb. When we went to get new comics on Wednesday (I believe the following day, in fact) the first words out of the manager's mouth were "Oh God, tell me you don't have anymore CRAP you wanna bag and board." We laughed about that for weeks, seriously.

Now THAT would be a more awsome to see than this ridiculous comic. Hell, both he and the nerd should team up and fight Godzilla. I would definately pay money to see that.
Anyways, awsome as usual Linkara! You are definately one of the few people I look forward to seeing new videos for on this site. :-*
