Oh shit, that glitch at the ending credits freaked me out. I am not going to lie, it really brought back memories of when I first watched "The Ring" and how the video would glitch and static like that. *shudder*
"I am always watching."
Now if you excuse me I am going to be spending the next week or so hiding in my closet with a cross, a knife, and my teddy bear because I am not going to go down without a fight if The Enity finds me. *starts saying the Lord's Prayer*

Ahhhhhhhhhhh SOMEONE IS IN THE CLOSET WITH ME! XP

I also love “Captain America: The First Avenger.” It is a good contender for best movie I’ve seen yet in 2011 right next to “Transformers: Dark of the Moon.”
The shadowy minion in the middle on the cover looks like he’s sporting the Wolverine hair-do.
14:45- o_0 THAT’S the Wolverine wannabe?
4:14- Aw Crap, it’s the Reb Brown Captain America. Now I’m worried if the Asthma Monster will be called a mad dog killer.
10:48- Damn it, comic, just stop. You, and the TV movies, are not made by Marvel Studios.
17:58- Well, Cap wasn’t with The Avengers or fighting terrorists, but fighting regular crime like countless other superheroes. I wouldn’t be surprised if what you said was true.
5:13- It probably has something to do with no guns in PSA comics unless it’s about gun violence.
7:25- This is about as subtle as Batman and Robin appearing at an auction in a neon lit botanical garden for the Wayne Diamonds where Batman uses a Bat Credit Card. …Wait, what?
10:26- This makes the aging compound from the 2nd TV movie seem more plausible.
12:55- In the words of Fatso from the Casper movie, “This sucks.”
Your shouting of “NO” is just like the one Lupa gave in the end of her “Sleepy Hollow High” review. I also hate ending where the makers of the story just gave up, like the one to “Skyline,” and no, I can’t stop talking about the suckage of “Skyline.”
18:26- …And shout “I AM A HEALTHY MAN!!!”

It's a little something called...
OPINION!
Hi, I'm X, and I'm here to tell you about, opinions!
Opinions are ideas and concepts based on your own personal views of various events, concepts, or even movies, videogames, etcetera.
Opinions are also personal and unique, while it is possible that a person shares an opinion with someone else, everyone will have different opinions on differing subjects.
For example, YOU didn't like Transformers 3, a lot of people didn't, but HE did, and that's his opinion.
So next time you see a statement you don't agree on, remember, That's your opinion! now have a sandwich and chill the f*ck out :D

Hi X. I have a couple of quick questions.
Where was anyone acting in such a way that they needed to "chill out"?
Is it okay for people, who are of the "opinion" that Transformers are bad films, to express that "opinion" in a non-hostile manner?
If a person doesn't wish to have their "opinion" challenged, should they refrain from publicly stating their "opinions" in a public forum, such as message boards or comment sections?
-

well If you're gonna challenge his opinion, then do it with rational and valid foundations, rather than just "watch more movies"
EXAMPLE:
"I like (show)"
If you dislike (show), and you want to express your own opinion, you answer like this:
"I don't like (show) Because of [reason A], [reason B] and [Reason C]
It's called "reasoning".
Oh, and "You should see more movies" Kind of qualifies as a personal attack, since you're trying to undermine his personal opinion with "expertise"
But, hey, I'm a reasonable guy, If I took your comment a little too aggressively, I apologize.
Bottom line: When someone says something you don't agree on, answer with good reasons, or just don't answer!
CLASS DISMISSED.
*note: I didn't like transformers 3 either :P

Hmmm, never heard that in Capt. America's origin story. But it kinda makes sense to me, seeing how Steve Rogers was described as someone who would be turned down at the Army physicals and not be allowed to go overseas and fight, I am sure if he did have asthma it would be one of those deterrents.
Although I am not really a expert on this sort of thing, I think having asthma back then would prevent you from being drafted into the army I take it?
I know there are some medical conditions that Army Personnels take into consideration as disqualification for being drafted seeing how I remember my mother telling me that my grandpa was one of those people that couldn't join for having flat-feet and a inner ear infection, but I just wondered if back in those day asthma would have been one of those medical conditions that would count

08.08.2011 - 21:14 | locuasi suppose he didn't called the avengers just because if you need help to defeat a villain like this one, then you should re-consider being a superhero...

08.09.2011 - 04:06 | Cameron WinterI'm gonna say this again, the Entity just makes me think so much about SHODAN from System Shock...
SHODAN: L l l l look at y you Reviewer, pppanting and sweating as you s s spew bile at the works of Mark Miller. Hoooooowww can you challenge a p pefect, immortal machine?
Linkara: You may be a stuttering AI with a God complex and Dominatrix personality, but me, AH AHM A MAYN!!! *BAM*

But yeah, that glitch at the end made me jump. Good review, on the whole.

Wouldn't it be better if the villains weren't asthma-themed, instead they just have an asthma-inflicting gas to help them rob banks or invade Earth or whatever? And Cap interferes with their deeds so they hit him with the gas and he's forced to retreat. Initially he wouldn't know what happened to him, and he might even try to hide it out of shame. But then some asthmatic kids recognize the symptoms and convince Cap to get medical help, and as a result he recovers enough strength to stop the badguys. Then I guess the gas wears off or something, the end.

They didn't have to disregard their own continuity to get a happy ending. All they had to do was send The Asthma Monster back to prison and have all the suffering he goes through in it make him realize that making everyone like him is not worth it so he will decide to just take his medication and live a normal life after he gets out. It wouldn't be as happy but it would make sense.

Cewl review as always!
5:00 You gotta like the foreshadowing here that Disney would one day buy out Marvel with that little goblin thing wearing a Micky Mouse T-shirt!
10:40 That's one creepy looking rape-face on Capt. there in his pedo-van!
So you do own the 1st comic in this PSA series? Or, were those pages scans from online?
I'd really like to see you do a PSAHell review of the Captain America Vs. Drugs comic. I think there are 2 actually but not sure! I've seen like 2-3 different covers and I don't kno if they're different comics or varriant covers!
I didn't know about Capt's Asthma, but I'd figure his Polio was what was keeping him out of the army in WW2!
-
Oh crap ... ok congrats linkara I'm actualy scared by one of your villans (not that Vice and Mechakara weren't scary but I regarded them more with a they're cool attitude than a they're scary atttitude). Can't wat to see the end of the entity story. Got a few ideeas about what could happen but I'm saving them for myself.
Anyway keep up the good reviews.
