Maybe it was the painkillers but wow, I would say that is hitting below the belt, but then that would be kinda the point. Though maybe its karma kicking him in the balls for saying that Black Canary couldn't have children so her opinon didn't count from the last episode.
If that was the intention, wow, Karma really is the equailvilent of a bitchy high school mean girl.

The thing is, painkillers don't make you impotent, well not all of them do, but they all make you constipated. The reboot of Roy's character is just going to be him siting on the toilet and mulling over just where he went wrong in his life and wondering what stone the tiles in the bathroom where cut from for 20 issues. Isn't it?

5:53- I'm also like that with other fictional characters' names.
8:16- Holy crap, I was half right about what I wrote on the comments on last week's episode. Roy lost his arm, his daughter, and now his manhood (but not in the way I originally thought (I thought she would cut it off)).
I got the Weird Al joke. During my vacation from Utah and back this past week, I've been listening to my Weird Al CDs.
Thank god I only take perscription drugs.
15:31- This reminds me of how much reader's hated Jason Todd when he was Robin, and them voting him to die during the run on "A Death in the Family," one of the most talked-about Batman stories.
17:56- Were the writers on drugs when they wrote this crap?
19:21- This isn't Rorschach's "WHERE'S MY FACE!?" from the Watchmen movie.
23:17- He DOES sound like 90s Kid if he was a superhero.

Well, it seems that everyone on the site is falling under the spell of Obscurus Lupa. She is like some sort of zombie plague.
It's also nice to see one of my favorite producers "ThatSciFiGuy" again. I cannot wait till his next video!

Haven't seen a "Previously On..." that epic in awhile Linkara. Very nicely done by all involved, especially by Oancitizen who I assume is now receiving revelations. Probably about how cinema needs to slow down.

Or, you could watch his old reviews and know that that kind of intro used to be a running gag whenever Linkara was doing multiple shows on the same story arc in a comic.
By the way, I'm pretty sure that it's better to kick your friend in the face than to let them shoot up heroin to the point that they go on insane psychopathic murdering sprees. Hell, from the way his eyes looked, Arsenal was probably about to OD.

07.18.2011 - 23:56 | KariYeah, a few times the proportions of her face were correct for a teenager. A lot of artists don't know how to draw children. This one's a bit shaky on general anatomy, as well. Roy's neck is longer than his head at one point, but his traps are so huge it takes a sec to spot it.

You aren't "stuck with it" when you mispronounce things like Lian, Vampirella and Cheshire though. Especially if you're trying to communicate with an audience.

Well voice in my head, I'm glad you asked. After checking on wikipedia after this Roy goes on to join Deathstroke in his book "Titans villains for hire" Good review Linkara and I look forward to the Fall of Green Arrow.

Of course his halucinations are going to be worse then if he was on the drugs, it's called being addicted.
It just gets harder and harder until he snaps and takes more. Tis how it works.
Detox centers are full of screaming people in agony. Drugs fuck you up kids, stay in school. :P
By no means is this at all deserving of any awards, but your argument that it should be pleasant, and it was better when he was on the drugs... Really just made me grown.

I understand that detox is not a fun process and that it can cause some of what's happening, but the form in which this is all occurring feels really, REALLY forced.

I know "educational" brochures that tell you the same would happen if you smoke pot.
And what we learn from that?
Doing drugs is not as bad as our parents would like us to think and
pot, crack and heroin are pretty much the same anyway.

I think we invented a new term.
In the style of Narrative Magic, now we have Narrative Craziness.
Basically, getting a character to a position with little or no explanation and falling back on the simple "He's just crazy" retort. So we don't have to show anything to develop a character. He's just crazy, that's why these things are happening.
Notice how crazy rhymes with lazy.
