What always killed me about the 90s era for comics was the otherwise great artists who ended up being told to draw muscle-bond monstrosities like those in the 90s comics you've reviewed. It's one thing to have bad comics produced, it's another thing to have perfectly good artists wasted. Though that certainly isn't what's going on here.

For pure insanity, Linkara, maybe you should review Lobo Vs. the Mask. That one had me going "Wait... what the HELL is going on?" a lot.

For some reason, it bothers me a lot that A) this comic is, apparently, canon and B) it has Thanos in it. I can't even say why B bothers me so much. It just does. It's wrong. It's...so wrong.
Anyway, good episode. Like the Kissassia tie-in.

Horrible crossovers, bad art, bland characters, unoriginality at every turn, classic characters being stripped of what made them awesome, did the 90s bring us ANYTHING good? (side from Pokemon, Digimon, and Power Rangers of course :P )

Wow. So Marvel shamelessly ripped off Lobo (a character I already have sometimes my problems with depending on the author) without making it really look like a parody and promoting it as a "hero", even if he just kills a bunch of clowns and some older people. Wow. And I thought Liefeld is the king of designated heroes (Ladys and gentlemen).
How much issues of this bullcrap came up? I mean this thing must have been a bomb going off in the face of Marvel, or?
The review itself... you know, I enjoyed Act of God really a lot more as a review as the last two. Turtles meets Archie was just a WTF and this one... it wasn`t bad but you can do a lot better. But you made the best you could with this piece of crap so again kudos to you for bringing up another comic corpse of the dark age.
By the way: ever thought of reviewing something of the Amalgan universe? I mean they mixed always two charactrs form Marvel and DC together for some made up storyline o I would be interested to see what the hell could have go wrng back in those days with the concept.

Since Lunat!K was created by Kindzierski and Keith Giffen ( Lobos creator) it was never meant to be taken seriously.
Marvel probably wanted Giffen to create their own sort of Lobo.
The editorial work is as i admit bad but otherwise this piece is nowhere near the horrendous stupidity of Bloodwolf.

Yeah, I tend to agree with Linkara on this one.
This comic is awful, Skreet seemed cute and could potentially be interesting, but Lunatik himself is just unbearable.
I hope he reviews One More Day sometime.

Have you ever though of doing a Manga Month where you take a look at Japanese Graphic Novels? You can start with the Pokemon Adventures Manga or the Pokemon four parter series featuring Ash and co. from the Animated series.
