Sorry to hear about the camera troubles Y, but in all honesty, these videos with the pictures and clips are pretty great too. Very funny stuff and would work great for manga reviews if you feel antsy about posting something.
And on that point, for what it is worth, I don't think you should feel too bad about posting so seldom or needing to explain it. I never really hold that against you as you have a monumental task as compared to the other video creators for the site. The closest one I can think of is Linkara and he reviews western comics whose story arcs rarely last more than a handful of issues. Since you review whole series of manga you end up having to read through story arcs that last hundreds of issues. At least, on the bright side, you seem to have a love of the medium which makes your reviews feel genuine. That goes a lot farther than many people realize.
Hope your camera issue gets resolved.

5d's Had a perfect ending, It was epic and ive seen it so many times
zexal is childish, but i will watch it for a while
i didnt get into 5d's until half way through the dark signer arc, everythin before that was so slow
but now that 5d's has ended it is by far the best yugioh series in my opinion
im being optimistic about zexal
Astral is awesome, ill watch the whole show just for him
i hate Zexal know but i bet by the time its finished ill love it

Ah. I see. Camera problems. I have been wondering about the large time gap. I understand if that can be frusterating. Good luck on getting a new camera and vid transfers. Anyway, I myself read the original yugioh manga in shonen. I even get a kick out of watching the show. too bad about the 4kids employees. Great episode. Is 5d's any good?

Anywhos, back on topic. This was a good episode and I did like some of your reactions like the 4kids comment. I do find it amusing, but it does suck that more people are going to lose their jobs though. Still, good show about a show that may be...sucky.

Ahahahaha~, I haven't watched a Yu-Gi-Oh! show since the end of the original series. If the animation wasn't so... Shiny, I might take a look at these. But they are and, well, anime so obviously directed to children has kind of lost its taste to me. 5Ds' story looks like it can be somewhat mature. But, again, the art's just so shiny and sharp-edged.
But yeah, Takahashi had never planned for the series to run as long as it has. It was fully intended to end with Yugi Motou. But then one of his assistants came up to him and asked if he could do his own Yu-Gi-Oh!
Takahashi said yes.
This means GX, 5D's, and (probably) ZeXal are all official fanfiction. c: Fa~nfictio~n!

Now that I got that out of the way, I have to say by far my favorite yu gi oh series has to be the 5D's manga. It's strange too, I like the original anime, yet the I don't like the manga and it's basically a carbon copy. I like the original manga yu gi oh (not yu gi oh duelist) it mystifies me. But this one was... interesting to say the least.

I did have one question is she actually going to play in the card game where she going to be just like the first girl, who doesn't do anything for several thousand episodes! Say what you will about the other two series at least the girls actually play! By way I personally prefer GX, for at least the first two seasons.

I stopped watching around the middle of 5d's. primarily cause it screwed up the card game itself and CARD GAMES ON MOTORCYCLES!
I really liked the original and GX series, but after that it's been all downhill.

I loved (and still do) the original Yu-Gi-Oh, both anime and manga. I haven't gotten around to watching 5D's, though I will at some point, but I HATED GX. I hated Jaiden so much. It felt to me like having Jonuchi as the protagonist and he just pissed me the hell off.

couldnt agree with you more, GX sucks my balls. The Original is classic, and 5ds is pretty epic, although ive only watched the first 2 seasons.
ill give this one a shot after at least 10 or more episodes.

Anyway, the D-gazers really annoy me, it says at one point that it's augumented reality, but the D-gazer ONLY COVERS ONE EYE, how do you make 3D images with a MONOCLE!
That they modeled Yuma after Judai/Jayden is actually pretty acurate, he even has his own Yubel and Atem stand-in, Astro, except Yuma doesn't know how to duel properly, don't recall ever seing Judai surprised that he doesn't have to say wether he set a spell or trap card.

I have to admit that most of my Yugi-Oh knowledge comes from the abridged series. x) I did read the manga for a while but then I couldn't find volume five anywhere and sort of gave up and forgot about it. Maybe I should give it another shot. Or maybe not, I've got enough on my to read/watch list already...
I'm amazed that the hairstyles just keep getting more ridiculous. Seriously, they topped the original Yugi-oh, which... just shouldn't happen. Well, on the other hand, I guess it's sort of better that EVERYBODY has a ridiculous hairstyle rather than just have the main character have one which nobody ever even comments about. At least it's consistent.

I'm willing to give it a chance. I had some enjoyment out of GX so who knows what this will bring. Otherwise I'll likely drop out somewhere along the line. YGO pretty much had run its course. Like DM was great, GX was okay, 5Ds was good...for the most part...ZX...oh I have bad feelings about this.
Also if anything, a lot of cards start out as crap. Then the support comes and then...woah boy! I'm just saying, Exceed will likely be the next Synchro if good support comes.
I wonder what your take on Vanguard will be like. If the way you ended means anything anyway...

but yes the ending for 5ds is done REALLY well (ignoring the fact about one of the worst cop outs for a relationship ending)
ZEXAL... oh dear lord I TRY to help a franchise I like out but this is just killing it. but yes the cards for it aren't the best so far. I think I found ONE and I could live without it.

yugoh zexal all around makes sence to me in all espates,thlast pi u showed and made u go hmm is called cardfight vangaurd its form the creaters of yugioh r and duel masters its an good game and intresting sereis considering the protaganists starts off as a nood of a game goes thruogh the steps like a noob in a game so yes watch it and enjoy it

Nothing will ever capture the magic of the original manga/anime and then duel monsters.
It's a simple fact that even the producers of the show are aware of. That's why with every iteration they're not looking to please old fans, they're looking to get new ones, ones that won't even know about shadow games and Kaiba having green hair.

Also, I actually liked the hair on the new female lead. It looked very Osamu Tezuka-ish.
