This review wasn't quite as good as the one for Land Beofre Time X. Maybe it would of helped having more of a rant against the Tinysaurauses or the ending but it was still pretty good. From pointing out how Sara's dad is such a bad character he pushes away all chances for love, wondering how Littlefoot is only being made fun for being small now and how he could mess up a tree just by falling on it, and questioning how come the Tinyasaurases couldn't get through the hole but the T-Rexes could, and the disbelief at the ending. And yeah this was far better then "The Queer One" review of this movie who spent far too much time on unfunny overlong cameos and poor only posting a picture of what's happening editting.

I am glad to see you finally make an onscreen appearence and as hinted in the Benzaie video to debut your new look. Few questions on it though.

1. So... was Marzgurl just fooling the idiotic Juno, or is this a second Marzgurl with no connections to the first? I'm pretty sure it's likley just to get rid of Juno but really could of had a better wink to the auidence about it.

2. I don't think the blue hair and the jump suit was really a bad attire but I guess that's just more self picking. Since we didn't see a full standing body shot of the full attire I can't comment on it, but the hair though looks.... incredibley similar to how my sister dies her. The style is different but there's such a familarity it's kind of... odd really. Still good vid though.

I agree, I like the older look she had going. Though, it would be amusing if there were some kind of plot point setting up a scenario for the LBT finally. lol

What paleneotology book did they fish these speices of dinosaur out of? I don't think I recall any kind of brontosauruses being so small they would have to live underground!

Honestly I know its a children's movie that blurs scientific accuracy and fantasy but really what scientist is going to watch this with thier kids and think "Wow, what a interesting specimen of dinosaur" I am really surprised that Marzgurl did not dwell on this.

Paleontology book? Pft... they took the idea from a TMNT book called Dinosaur Farm where Shredder tried to take over the world by bringing back the dinosaurs only they all ended up being tiny longnecks...that from that point on just simply live in the sewers with the Ninja Turtles. *lol*

Wow, I can't believe you're already on movie 11. I don't even remember seeing ads for the LBT movies past the 10th one - this looks like complete technicolor crap. Your opinions on the movies in general seem to coincide pretty well with my own (as far as nitpicking goes), so I'll take your word for it that it isn't the worst of the bunch, but it certainly looks like it could take on 9 and 3 for the title.

Why are the tiny longnecks color-coded? The regular sized ones are more or less the same color (minus that awkward kid from LBT X) but I counted at least four different colors among the smaller ones.

When I was a wee' laddie, I was bothered by the fact that Littlefoot and the other dinosaurs didn't age at all.

I was impressed that the producers chose to depict something like the friction between a single parents child and the parents current significant other. Its a level of depth I didn't expect from the sequels.

I have the feeling we wont be seeing Tria in the next movie, though. Sequels tent to eat love interests.

Actually, surprisingly enough, she is there. Even more shockingly, they sort of continue something with her with Sara feeling unimportant due to her and "Topsy" having a new egg that gets all the attention. Of course, I haven't seen the movie, so I have no clue how it's handled.

Anyway, another good review Marzgurl. You really are close to the end of all this now. Just two more movies and, possibly, the TV series. Finally, I can say that I haven't seen the next movie, so I don't know what you're in for besides the songs.

This movie could have been worse. It wasn't good, but I did like that "Girls and Dads" song and the boss of the tiny dinosaurs. It still had a lot of contrived points though, and the quality is exactly what you would expect.

Also, nice new look you have going there. Also nice to see the return of JUNO THE SORCERESS, even if she is rather ineffectual. I can't wait to see the next one.

It's actually a song from the 70s intended to mock racism. It was recorded by Randy Newman, that guy from all the Toy Story movies. Oddly enough, people sometimes mistake Newman for a bigot based on this song.

The whole series, even the first movie, has grass in it. There was no grass in the time of the dinosaurs.

When you finish The Land Before Time saga, are you going to do An American Tail saga (four movies in total) or All Dogs Go to Heaven saga (three movies in total)? Honestly, the sequels in this series are bad but this is by far the worst one. It's just plain stupid. I mean how do we go come from earthquakes, quicksand and tar pits...to tiny longnecks? Thank God I stopped watching after Part 5...

Hmm... Land Before Time XI was... meh? Then. About as much of a footnote as Juno was. I think we all forgot about her, haha.

there actually was such as thing as tiny dinosaurs, thanks to the effects of island dwarfism, dinosaurs that lived on small islands adapted by having smaller adult body size, this resulted in sauropods not much larger than cows. Such a phenomenon has happened many times in evolutionary history, including woolly mammoths, possibly a hominid, and even modern animals.

Of course, such animals have NO place in the great valley, which is part of a large landmass with plenty of space and food. When I saw the title I assumed they'd be set upon by a naturally small species like ramphoryncus or compsontnathus (don't hold me to the spelling of those)
