Peter David is involve? I might check this out(I'm a big fan of his Linda Danvers' Supergirl run). Sigh, every time I hear Peter David's name I often get reminded of his planned Supergirl Team-Up book(Silver Age, Linda Danvers, and Power Girl, my three favorite Supergirls by the way) that was rejected by DC. Damn you low comic sales!!!

X-Factor. I used to read the book a lot over the years. Even when they went P.I. I may have to check the series out again. Great review!

Nice review. Peter David is one of my favorite writers, but i never have picked up this title for some reason. I'll be adding the trades to my to do list though

    Magnificent review!
This show deserves more viewers, it's just so fantastically informative! :D
Now I can hold my own with the Comic book guys at my local Comic Book store.

From what you said I want to read this book but the back-story and character relationships look intimidating.

This comic sounds interesting but there's sooo much going on I'm confused!
Isn't Bloothbath a recycled name? Wasn't he a vampire like mutant villain to Wolverine in the 80s!?
You gotta love the Liefeld character looks like the 90s character they started out as!
Sooo, no mention of the Hangman character being very much a Klan member!? It might not be mentioned but it's fairly obvious!

Looks fun. Nice to see a demon that doesn't talk about hellfire and souls.

I have NEVER been interested in comics, BUT this series seems REALLY interesting, and I may actually look for it... Are there any published anthologies/collections because I like to start from the very beginning when I digest media :)

I recently started reading X-Factor in TP form (with the Vegas story). Don't know if I want to go buy the previous 10 volumes though.

You're thing with your clones reminded me of the evil clone guys from Invincible.

I haven't read X-Factor since the 100's, but if Peter David is back, I'm all for it. Looks like I'll be back issue hunting this weekend.

First I wanted to say I really enjoy your style LAG.

Second I have always loved Peter David's work and from what I have read his work on X-Factor has been top notch. His run on The Incredible Hulk is one of my favorites ever.

Good review, but I have one little point. You mispronounced deus ex machina. It's de-oo-s not duece.

X-Factor has been consistently great ever since the Madrox mini that proceeded it. And while Kirk is fine on art, I personally think the issues pencilled by Emanuela Lupacchino are even better.

Been a fan of X-Factor since I started collecting it two years ago. I've started collecting the trades to get the whole story since it not only has the same writer throughout but also the same consistent feel. Peter David's writing really makes each and every character shine and rarely does one member of the team get lost in the crowd or blend together with the rest of the crew. I liked this story arc and it's blend of action and drama and the trippy turn the series has since taken. Gotta say Lupacchino's art has been my favorite so far and am glad she's back on for this latest story arc. Hopefullt this video will inspire some viewers to pick up this title since it is such an excellent read.

For those looking for a starting point, I'd suggest starting with the Madrox mini.(or a compilation of it) Even if that leaves you several stories to read to catch up, it was a great stand alone story.

Nice review that took advantage of the subject matter, and that will hopefully help bring more readers on board to sustain one of the best comics still going today.

Well its nice to know that not only is Jamie Maddrox doing the toxic terror tour with the rest of the psy crew, but hes also a leader of a team of mutants... wait a minutes, thats the wrongs Jamie. Anyway, this seems like a great series to get into, thou I'm still trying to get my head around the hole Jamie dying or not thing. It seems as if they were trying a little bit to hard and I got caught up in the hole convoluted body switching thing. Is it or is it not the real Jamie Maddrox, ahahah. Then it becomes more perplexing when he see himself in that image of the wedding massacre.

I love X-Factor, though I haven't been following the recent issues. Good to hear some positive reviews on it, I'll be sure to get my hands on the new ones :)
