I must say this friction with Aussie is concerning, in house bikering is not good for any organisation, and it is made even worse by the fact Aussie is in control of Transmission Awesome which requires the cooperation of everyone on the site. Though I am sure your too professional to let your little differences about what happens privatly between you two to let it impact on the sites quality in any way, please God.

I don't think there's any real "friction" to speak of. Aussie's a big boy. I'm sure he can take a jab or two. It's not like he's going to quit out of protest just because he was called a cock blocker.
