I totally agree on the post-dagobah-yoda thing. He's just annoying
Why couldn't they just put in Vader AND Yoda in Both versions?
Hm overall a great review. And yes, Ivy's tits are filled with high explosive silicone!

Hmm... I am the first one to rate your video. Awkward... anyway, good review. I couldn't agree more. Though, I am the opposite speaking of the character creator... I can't create enough characters.

well the game does look pretty decent for a next gen console but if they want to make a game about fighting using magical warriors would it kill them to add something new to the genre such as berserker modes? But again nice going with the Sephiroth vs Aerith that was really funny

04.26.2009 - 01:26 | ThatSwedeWithTheGloves - Great review!
SC2 kicked major ass when I had it on my GC (why the hell did I sell it) and SC3 felt like a let down to me...
Haven't played SC4, but I own neither a 360 nor a PS3 so I suppose I'll have to wait with that one!
Great review, anyways...

Speaking of micro-transactions, since the game has been out for over a year, with shit tons of DLC, it was only a matter of time before, you guessed it, Yoda can be downloaded for the PS3 version and vader can be downloaded for the Xbox 360. For a small fee of course. Also Voldo RULES!!!

I've just 2 little complains for this game
- It's Too easy to win all the characters !!
-And there's no special created characters like in SC3
But still, it's an awesome game. I love the critical KO. SHINING FINGER SWOOOORD !!

Hello,
This is an earlier episode of Still Gaming, just a bit before I received Glenn Case's amazing theme song.
Also, for continuity's sake, I am aware that Namco has added an unlock code for Vader and Yoda on each console. As expected, they were already on the disc. I have lost most, if not all of my respect for companies like Namco and Capcom lately.

It was an enjoyable review and an awesome FF7 reenactment you made. Although Star Wars is huge it just didn't seem to fit in to SC4 i think oddly enough they would done alot better with FF7. Cloud, Septhorith even Cid would been interesting to play as and would suited the whole system and field of SC4 IMO.

I would've liked to see Sora from Kingdom Hearts in it, but this is still a great game

Great job Lee. Keep on gaming(and making vids!).

04.26.2009 - 07:15 | Lee is Still Gaming - re:ChaosD1 wrote:Lee, exactly how DO you capture such clear footage from your 360?
The footage is actually pretty bad quality in comparison to other video capture hardware. It's the equivalent of a VCD. I use a USB device called the Adaptec Gamebridge. It used to cost as little as $3.00, but it is now out of production and goes for more than $60 on eBay.
Soon I may just direct feed footage through my camcorder, but that eats up a lot of hard drive space and I have to deal with BS about interlacing. I'm too lazy to get into stuff like that right now, so I'm still using my trusty Gamebridge.

Thanks for the input. There are a few games I wanted to cover in videos, (That I might make if I can stop being a wuss about it.) but so far if it's not on PC (and can't be "fraps-ed" ) I can't cover it.
I'll look into that.

And yes, Ivy's tits are filled with high explosive silicone!Actually, if fans of the games had internet access and were willing to pay the sony or microsoft bucks, they could download the opposite system's special character, cutscenes, and bios. This didn't come until well after the game was released. I know because I had the 360 version, and I eventually downloaded Vader for the complete set of characters.

04.26.2009 - 08:14 | Bassie - I REALLY LOLLED!
That huge explosion + yoda + tits at the end is magneficant!
I totally agree with your opinion about this game, but since I don't like SC in overall I don't want it in my collection. It's just a butten bashing game to me with unbalanced characters.
Andif I want tits, I play with that of my girlfriend (double D!)....or I just pick up DOA4.

04.26.2009 - 08:17 | Totor999
Great review! I buyed my 360 for this game only though I got other ones later, and the more I hear about other people opinions about this game, the more I think Namco really failed on some points that makes them so obvious absolutely EVERYONE notices them:
Cervantes is cheap.
Yoda is annoying.
All the girls got plastic surgery even though it's not even suppose to exist at the time the game takes place.
The one player modes are boring.
And the online lacks a lot of things which would have made the game absolutely awesome, but no, Namco forgot it for some reason.Anyway, we saw your GT in your vid, do you keep playing SC4? I would like to spar with you

... I hope that perfect victory doesn't negatively effect the next podcast show..
there were some awfully painful looking sword strikes in that segment you might want to E.pologize for Lee lol

well it wil be a while untill i get a ps3 or a xbox360 so i can forget about SC4 for now and just concentrate on beating SC3

04.26.2009 - 10:08 | Seijimei - My Take On SCIV
It's my first SC game. That being said, I feel that the moves take a huge learning curve but all in all, it's fun. Though more often than not I've found myself wanting to throw my controller across the room during the Tower of Lost Souls... ¬.¬
I love games with character creation options; Def Jam: Fight 4 NY, The Godfather, Mass Effect, Mortal Kombat Armageddon, Saints Row, and the WWE Smackdown Vs. Raw series will remain permanent additions to my library because of this, and SC IV is no exception. I haven't unlocked it yet and I have no idea if it's in there, but hopefully I can find a cat-girl tail for Pagan...

Anyhow... eh, I'm still learning how to play but I like it. Gamertag's "Seijimei," btw and any of you are reading, hopefully I get a chance to play against ya... especially you, Lee. The Dream is no match for Pagan, Oseiko, or Jeanne d'Arc!! Yes, I created the Maid of Orleans.

04.26.2009 - 11:04 | Drow Lord - Averted disappointment
I know you seemed kind of disappointed in the areas I would be interested in, and I am really annoyed that they tripled nearly every female character's breast size ('cept Taki, who was always that big, and Amy, who's growth makes sense). However, everything you said seemed to point toward the fulfillment of my one criteria: it's better than SC3.
Or is it? Is the AI still as full of BS in SC4?
