I see and read everything you wrote, and I understand you all have your favorites and such...

Metal is such a WIDE thing that of course you won't get each time a band you like, it's impossible...

I'll try to cover as many types of metal as possible, as long as I find stuff to talk about and make fun vids about...

you could do a thousands of websites, each about different types of music, so if we have so far ONE show about the ginosmous REALM of Metal, obviously you won't get exactly what you were expecting...

I guess consider it a step towards that world...

I was supposed to be at HELLFEST 09 since it's just a 2 hours drive from here...

but it seems that even that has been cancelled, to bad because I could have done a Heavy Metal Package LIVE at Hellfest !

But seriously, I like this idea for a new segment. There aren't enough music critics here and I appreciate how difficult it is to review such a wide and varied medium, so I'm glad to see you step up to the plate.

The gong bit at the beginning was a great joke to start with. I appreciate your honesty and your ability to talk about the good as well as the bad, though I have to admit there were times when I wasn't completely sure what you were driving at. There were quite a few times when I wasn't quite sure if you liked the song or hated it.

Still, the segment is good and the greenscreen gags were hilarious. Keep 'em coming, but don't forget to send in a few game reviews as well when you can.

Thereon is freaking awesome. I also highly recommend the Finnish folk metal band, Turisas. I saw them live in New York City, along with Eluveitie, Ensiferum, and Tyr. Boy, was that excellent!

I enjoy alot of music from outside the USA. In fact, about 90% of the shit I love is made in other countries. I don't think I've ever heard any Therion, but I'm interested now, I must admit.

Therion is one of my all time favorites. If you vant to see a good Therion clip watch Summer Nigt City it is a wery cheap clip but its great.

He's not serious and you have to be dense to believe in those stereotypes anyway

I just believe that an intelligent guy like Benz could do a much more nuanced and interesting review instead of taking the low road.
