Great video, and you picked three excellent Castlevania tracks (though there are many more).
Did you really have to call us douchebags though?

the last one impressed me
semi off topic: what do you think about the new castlevania fighting game for the wii?

11.21.2008 - 14:50 | Warlock Jr.Awesome video. I'm a huge Castlevania nut, as well as its music, so it was great seeing this video.
It seems you love "The Cave" theme from Super Castlevania IV, but I guess that song never 'clicked' with me, although I do agree that it's good. My favorite track from that game would have to go to "Chandeliers" from the second half of Stage 6 (Castle Entrance). "Cellar" (Stage 8, The Dungeon) is a close second for me. Hell, the whole game is loaded with great tracks.
Despite growing up with a Genesis, I never played Bloodlines, and I've really been itching to try that game out. I hope they release it on the Wii Virtual Console already. And while they're at it, release Dracula's Curse, another CV game I never played...

Yeah! I had got the last one and I thoroughly loved this track. I have it in my head for years. It's great that you appreciate it as well.
On my game boy I only got past the second stage. I played it on an emu, the third stage where spiked walls come at you is incredibly hard.
Man, I remember the first stage where you had to jump across lots of tiny platforms to come to the boss, but I fell off a hundred times. At least there was no pitfall on that point.

I love Castlevania IV! My favorite track on that is when Belmont enters the actual castle. I can only describe it as ominious and epic... the "holy shit I am now in the castle!" music.
As for the great music of "The Cave", I agree it too is a favorite. When I first heard it, I thought the music was the best for a game at its time.

No referral at all? Yes, we have all seen the Nerds rage about it, but that game is full of great soundtracks, all far above average. Even nerd couldn't whine about it, even if he whined about everything else in the game.
For you who haven't played it, you can find them here http://www.vgmusic.com/ music/console/nintendo/ nes/index-af.html
ctrl+f Castlevania 2.
The best versions are the first ones, except Bloody Tears (2).

The first level to bloodlines is totally awesome! Come on, I've had that song stuck in my herad waaaaay too damned often. And what about Castlevania 3 dracula's curse? Again the first level music is too awesome for words!
If ye dont believe me, then These guys will fill you in on the details.

11.22.2008 - 03:31 | genocyde83I love bloodlines gameplay and music. Benzaie you are the greatest, I thought I was the only one who remembered the cave in super castlevania 4. Although the castlevania adventure for gameboy did have its negative qualities, I still love it for its music and because it has the castlevania name. Did you like the new one the DS order of ecclesia?

The gameboy music didn't actually blow me away. There are tons of great gameboy tracks, and have you played the GBA Castlevania game Aria of Sorrow? Its probably my favorite for the music and gameplay (besides Bloodlines of course!)[/quote]
Of course, and it's one of the best castlevania ever made

And Morons, seriously Benzai, just because its not your native language doesn't mean it isn't offensive, we might not have the right to not be offended, but we can stop looking at your videos, offending your audience for no reason is a good way to lose it. Other than that, it was good.

Bloody Tears
Treasury
And of course... Vampire Killer!
Although, all the songs kick ass. Except The Castle's Gate, that level scared the shit out of me when I was a kid. The one with the harpies, right before you enter the castle.
