Not true, you see, your ideas might now be in a game, but until you actually have a character in a game, you will lose any argument against me young padawan.
Those questions seem more for EA in general, im visiting the Army of Two guys, but PAX will also be near by so I might be able to sneak in that.
Its funny about your last question, this isnt the first time Angry Joe has influenced EA. Long ago I made this very awful video for madden: http://www.vimeo.com/1505491
Because of that, Ian Cummings (who headed development of madden 10 this year) said that we would include 2v2 and 4 player co-op the exact things you wanted.
Your welcome! Angry Joe, working for gamers every where!

It's too bad that I've played the original game before, but only at my friend's house on his PS3 (which I don't have). Oh well, I'll get the game so that I can use one of the most kick-ass guns in history.
As for questions, could you ask the developers if they decided to try and improve the gameplay due to complaints from the first game about some people having problems with the the enemy AI along with your partner's AI in the single-player campaign?
I tried to say that as formal as I could. Anyways, congrats Joe!

My personal opinion is that the chainzuka is dumb.
To answer your question nah, it didnt win because its not an original gun design for the contest. The other winner and the announcement is here:

Sweet. Great success!
However, I was extremely pleased with EA thinking that they were simply taking an opportunity to receive input from the gaming community. Now that Joe revealed that the weapon is an unlockable and that we either need to rent or buy the original game, the veil has been lifted. This contest does indeed appear to be more of a marketing ploy than originally expected.
Nay saying out of the way, this is a huge step. How many times do gamers get their voices heard at all?! I would have to say that we should all buy/rent the original Army of Two simply to encourage this type of involvement and interaction between gamers and developers in many titles to come.
Anyways please ask EA:
1) Can we expect more of this type of interaction between the gaming community and developers?if so...
2) What types of ideas from the gamers would EA utilize and benefit most from in the future?

Free advertising for EA, free advertising for AngryJoeShow, and best of all, one kickass gun for mankind. Everybody wins!
I have a question for you to take with you, they say one of the mistakes from the first one that they are going to learn from was the tone, more specifically the "being a mercenary kicks ass! woo!" tone. The friend I play this game with is Arab and even though making fun of stereotypes while he get pissed at them is hilarious, are they going to treat war and mass killings with a little bit more gravity this time around?

Congratulations on this victory, Joe! I can't wait to wrap my hands around this sexy beast of a weapon. And it's cool that it's unlockable by an Army of Two save file, because I got Army of Two mainly because of this campaign. And I'm glad I did, I'm really enjoying it.
And I just had a cool thought: What if the AS-KR1 got the Lancer treatment and a replica was made? That would be awesome! :woohoo:

Hmm, this might be an oppertunity, to raise an interesting question.
For years now we have seen editors, construction sets and all that stuff, supporting the players will to create/modify content.
EA also knows, at this point if not before, that there are plenty of huge gamer comminuties online, like this one.Have EA ever considered letting one or more of these communities design a game, with the aid of a couple of proffesionals from their own staff, and then fund it.
Bonus for us:
+A nice game
+An oppertunity to co-work at a large scaleBonus for EA
+Will greatly improve Reputation
+Easy marketable game

I am afraid these so called "Modifications" will make the weapon suck. We all know about Punkbuster. Then again, perhaps EA has changed their ways to make it the most kick ass weapon in the universe. So much so that even Superman, the iron man of steel, will not stand to it. God bless all those who made this possible. Kick ass and happy gaming!

Just thought of an EA Questions:
1) Will we ever see a return to road rash or the mutant league series of games?
2) When are we going to have madden take a major overhaul and include 2 v 2 or 4 player + co-op?
