Nice job on the new CS set. It's like the first set, but with better lighting and better video quality. I still love how Hypocritical you character can get (specifically with the realization of the Caligula poster, since we can see it clear as day in a chunk of your earlyer reviews).

I also hate Allen's guts. If I want a troubled bully who is LIKEABLE, I'll stick with Nelson Muntz, thank you very much.

Angela's disguise to me looks like a shorter version of Gordon from Ninja the Mission Force.

I just got the "BJ" part. Sorry it took me this late.

Also, DOESN'T ALLE HAVE MORE THAN ONE SET OF F**KIN CLOTHES!?!?!?

22:00- The same can be said with a similar scene in "Freak Out."

What's funny is that the director of the sequels to the original film (Unhappy Campers and Teenage Wasteland) wanted to make more movies that followed the alternate continuity.

And,for the love of Zod,put on some damn shoes already,Brad... :D

Oh thank god, it's over. We can finally leave Sleepaway Camp! I've never been to camp, but if it's anything like these movies, I'd say it's for the best.

I'm sure this was a disappointing movie to people who were excited to finally get an official sequel after 25 years. Too bad it had to suck.

Maybe we're suppose to sympathize with Allan, but as you said, in some scenes he's too much of a prick and probably gets his just desserts, but then again those others go to far extremes to make him miserable such as skinning frogs and publicly humiliating him. Why were none of these characters kicked out of camp? In a real camp they would be sent home for these actions, at the very least. Oh, right, because as Film Brain says, "the plot says so".

Angela dressed in that get up and using that voice altering machine reminds me of the character Ned Gerblansky from South Park. Also why does she stop laughing and stare at the camera at the last second of the film? Is she trying to do the creepy stare from the first movie again? It would work, if it didn't cut out LESS THAN A SECOND LATER!!

Yay! I was looking forward to a CS review in the new place. I hope Lloyd is enjoying exploring all the rooms as much as Brad did. :)

I can't believe he doesn't like David The Gnome! I loved that show! >:(

    Bad move Snob, bad move!
I am mad at you now!

Let's see your sexy God-like voice try to talk your way out of this one!

Terrible twist or not, it was totally worth it for that reaction. "ANGELAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! !!!"

And I like how she can still pull off that scary as fuck face she did in the end of the first movie.
  • BaconMushroomMelt
Did they just not want to do a second take, or did they actually want that guy to scream like a little girl?
  • Warp
    avatar
I was kind of hoping that there would be a real twist and the "cop" was not, in fact, Angela or the killer, and that the killer is someone else, and Cinema Snob was just messing with us the whole time... But no real twist after all.
  • Cat-Alin
    avatar
@Warp: It would've been a nice twist had Angela been the cop and all, but turn out to not be the killer. A sort of more of a turn around ending - you know, the Untwist of Angela being there but it turns out someone else has been killing people. (Even if it was Alan doing it)

Yeah, Warp, I was expecting that myself, thinking "they can't actually be thinking that's not blatently obvious, can they?" Apparently they can...

Also SpeedyEric, you're right, she *does* look like Gordon! That's *hilarious!*

Who the hell was the skinned, still-alive guy in the last scene?
  • Trogdor
    avatar
I think it was the guy who got nibbled on by the rat.

So wait, that was the end? What happens to Angela? Why are they not beating the shit out of her? :|
  • vonPeterhof
If this movie's Wikipedia entry is to be believed, it's supposed to be Michael (the guy who was beating Alan with a mallet).
  • fanime1
    avatar
I think she said it was the guy that skinned the frogs, as a sort of revenge.

I knew Weed looked familiar. It's Adam Wylie, the little kid from Picket Fences.

Holy shit I remember that show!

Someone really needs to do a review/retrospective on that show. That was messed up, not to mention the townspeople were wierd! And I am not talking about "oh they're just different" I mean "Oh my god, these people are fucking scary stay away from them!"
  • ladydiskette

That "Give me the knife scene" is no "Give me the gun Trey" from Boyz In The Hood, no matter how dramatic they play it up.

  • psycher7  - EXACTLY!
...I know David the Gnome wasn't a great show, but why have both him and his wife die or whatever at the end? I mean, really...

Ronnie is what Sean Penn would look like if he got addicted to steroids.

I know this isn't related, but this main character is still more likable than Yuno fucking Gasai.

Or Yukiteru Amano for that matter. No one goes on a killing spree against his friends and became a god with her into a happy ending.

it's sad to see the sleepaway camp saga finally end
  • Cornered Fox  - Hilarious.
Welcome back Snob! Nice new pad.
  • Cornered Fox  - K really quick...
This whole thing feels like a fucked up-er- episode of South Park, and one of those kids at one point was wearing a Venom t-shirt... the latter is pretty cool.
  • ywe7575
I was so happy to see you tear this movie a new one. I enjoyed the other 3 movies in a 'so bad they're good' way whereas this one was just unbearable. At first I thought Alan was going to be the opening kill, so imagine my chagrin when it turned out he was our protagonist. And yeah, the Angela as the cop thing is one of the dumbest attempts at having a swerve I've seen in a film in a long time. Such a waste of a potentially entertaining movie.

There was a short fanfilm called Judy featuring Karen Fields reprising that role which, retconning aside (to have Judy alive), was much more enjoyable than this.

According to the makers of the film, this Angela is actually supposed to be the real Angela... who somehow survived and ended up developing the same homicidal tendencies as her brother.
