Mythbusters proved this is impossible! I just saw it on tv 2 seconds ago lol. No wires can cut you cleanly in half like that, it might hurt like hell or kill you but you'll stay in one piece. It's still a cool scene tho, the only one of that terrible movie lol. Votes: +1

What's worse, man, is if you watch their "Behind the Scenes of Ghost Ship" featurette, but it's a 30-minute documentary on how they did the first 5 minutes of the movie.
